I am a huge fan of Coach Kel now. I like how warm ups and stretches are incorporated into the workout. Her cuing is great, and the last 7 minutes of the workout kicked my butt!
Her cuing isn't that great, you really have to follow along and listen to what she's saying.

Always a thorough workout. Some of the moves are so tough, but the pacing is good and the transitions are well planned. Coach Kel also provides great instruction and demonstrates the positions from various angles which I find helpful.

I recently started my fitness journey. Starting out strong with a 30 day commitment goal of 1 hour min per day for 30. No off days. I loved it so much I am coming up to my 50th day in a row with minimum 1 hour a day but have been averaging 2 since I have some time as this is my slower time of year. I recently found your channel when researching different workouts to incorporate into my routine. I have done 3 of your videos and I must say I'm glad I found you after I got my body more used to working in this way. While I am still working on form and flow I found I am able to get through an entire workout video with you. It's challenging, interesting and fun. Thank you for what you do. I look forward to testing my body further while working and perfecting my form and motion so that I may move as beautifully as I see you. I'm a work in progress.

I've done many workouts through the years, this is the hardest type for me and my shorter, heavier legs compared to the rest of my body. But hey, this is what I need to get those legs more flexible. Thanks for this, it's intense, but also graceful.

This specific video got me hooked. I've now done this workout thrice and its absolutely great. It hits the target spots. I enjoy the calm clear, in control instruction, easy to follow your direction Kek thanks so much. I don't become anxious. I've had marvelous session times doing this precise workout and I see results. Have downloaded more sessions for my workout dates with myself. Summer has arrived in the Southern Hemisphere!!!
