    Loved the format…I am not a dancer. I look like a power lifter BUT these workouts have kept me injury free ….I am 60 but can train like a 30 yr old. Thank you so much.

    Love the workout! Dripping with sweat! I really miss the voice over though. Your calm instruction helps me focus on what I'm doing so I'm not constantly having to look at the screen, which takes me out of it. I love hearing "squeeze your booty" and "good job guys"! It makes me smile and really helps adjust my posture so I can get the best, most effective workout.

      Same! It was a tough workout but I’m not a fan of the music and having to constantly look at the screen made it hard to get the most out of it

      Me too i prefer a guiding and supporting talk from the teacher than annoying music. I can turn the sound off but it is boring. I like to hear the teacher talk to us

    Took ballet growing up and ballet is good for toning the body. I'm surprised it has become an exercise now

    Excited to see a new one! Glad you are back! I miss your voice-overs reminding us how to do the moves without the wrong kind of pain, though. Consider adding that and keeping the music on low in the back? Speaking of "back", those chair moves I had to do something else bc they pulled on my lower back. I need help understanding the safety in those moves, please!

    This is the best workout! I suffer from an autoimmune disease and arthritis and I started doing this exercise probably 2 years ago combined with walking and I have lost 30 pounds and feel good despite health!! Thank you!!!

    I found you about a month ago. I’m pushing 50yo and love your workouts. They are intense without being so intense that I get injured. In fact I’m so much stronger and have gained muscle. I LOVE this format! the beeps help me focus on the activity instead of my screen. But I like both formats, somedays I need the commentary to push myself.
    I also love this playlist! The music is perfect. I’m so thankful for you and your workouts. Thank you!!!!!

    A few people have said, quick intervals but efficient. This is what keeps me coming back. The timer, the change of pace, the burn with each one, it's just a damn good workout that doesn't take the whole day to do!❤❤❤

    Love, love, LOVED this workout! I am so in love with your online studio (if you haven’t signed up, you are seriously missing out!) but I also liked how this format was a little different.     I absolutely love this workout and that you don’t talk through it. Becomes so meditative. Perfect intensity and postures. So pumped and energized afterwards! Oh and the music is 💯

    I never comment on online workouts but Best online follow along barre ive ever done! I am SOO grateful for this. I love the timer so that i didn’t have to be breaking my neck to watch you. Transitions were quick but other than that- PERFECTION.

    This was fantastic. I used to be a martial artist and have completely stiffened up and lost flexibility due to chronic illness and joint pain. This felt like a great stretch even though I couldn’t quite get as deep or as lengthened in the moves. I did improvise one or two things but I’m hoping to get better mobility from a daily session.

    I find myself coming back to this one because it feels so good, strengthens, and really taps into my ballet roots. I absolutely LOVE your workouts - I've yet to find anything else that feels as close to ballet/dance strength as this!

    Ok I lasted twenty. My goal is to get that control. I haven't really worked out or done anything in two years, but this is so fun. I have done this three days so far. I can actually see doing it every day. It's easy and a challenge at the same time.!

    From observations: the intervals between exercises are too short - you have to stop and rewind to start with the picture. Or change inventory at lightning speed.

    Never tried any of your workouts, but I added this to the list! This is deceivingly tough…lol. I love watching ballet, because it looks so graceful and beautiful! But, I know the work that goes into it! So, I know this is going to kill me…🤣

    Love your new creation, it was amazing as are all of your workouts. It was def a good sweat in 30 minutes. I know this was your first time trying the timed format which was different but I must say that me personally I enjoy your voice over the timed format. I feel the flow goes better and that everything stays in actual real time(just my personal thoughts). None the less it was great!
