Hi coach kel my name is Kelly and I was and still am determined not to gain weight during this pandemic. Then I found your videos and I commit to do one of your videos at least one a day I’ve been doing it now for 2 weeks. This video is one of my favorites as well. It may hurt but it is actually changing the shape of my body and firming everything up so thank you.

What I love about your workouts is that you reach fatigue for certain parts of the body but then you move onto another part and you forget about the burn at the first part😆 Thanks for the 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 and the sense of accomplishment because I completed it all🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 I may not be walking later... but I did it😆

This is REALLY SOOOOOO GOOD!! I have been doing barre classes for a year now but this still felt like a whole brand new workout because of all the new moves you put in. Excellent. Even though you were 30 weeks pregnant this felt like a non-pregnant work out! Question - how do we get rid of loose skin on the belly after childbirth? It appears to be skin not fat exactly, but even with stronger abs it is not goin away! Thank you for your wonderful workouts Kel! God bless you!

I love your workouts! You're killing me (in a great way). As a mother of three, I remember in the 3rd trimester, it was recommended not to do any exercises flat on my back - to put some pillows under the head and shoulders. Just a thought to ask your OB/GYN :) looking forward to more great workouts. PS: Listed under hubby's name as subscriber to your channel.

I absolutely love this one. Some really great stretch and tone moves all in one. I love the gentle use of the ball when doing abs. This is my favorite yet but I love all your workouts. Please help me tone up loose skin on my abs after childbirth! Any suggestions or just keep on doing the abs?

Hi Kel!! I love your workouts so much very easy to follow and yet very effective! I was wondering using the ball for the lower abs part does it make it easier? cause i felt it more at my hip flexors than the abs. Keep up the great work and i wish you all the best with your new baby!!xxxx
Ahhh im SO sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Life post baby has been crazy :) In regard to your question the ball will actually make the abs section harder for 2 reasons. 1) it adds instability so you have to work harder to hold your balance. 2) it adds height so you have more room to drop the legs lower which makes it more difficult. If you're feeling it too much in your hips try doing the ab section with your lower back on the floor (so no ball) and put your hands under you bottom. Let me know if that helps xoxo

Hi coach Kel! I love this workout. I’m 25 weeks pregnant and was wondering about the abs section. I’ve done it two times with no pain or discomfort but was wondering if it’s safe to do that part during pregnancy. Thanks a lot !!
