Today I had an encounter with a wild turkey that was protecting her babies. In trying to get my dog away from the "mama bear" turkey, I fell and hurt my knee but decided I need to keep exercising, so I got most of the way trough the workout tonight. Thank you for keeping me limber and strong!
OMG! I've been looking for ballet-fit video because of my big and heavy pelvis. Finally I find Urs!! It makes me sweat even in door. After followed U with 2 contents, I totally exhausted..!!!
This should have a warning *May fall down the stairs when trying to walk down after this workout.* This is so good. I feel like I get hurt when I try strength training so this is a life saver for me. Love the videos!
I love your workouts. I am a Pure Barre teacher and student. I needed something different and this is a perfect complement to the workouts my body got used to. I like the similarities but love the differences. Thank you so much for this

Such a friendly and welcoming presentation. I highly respect the energy and strength that dance requires. I have been looking for a routine that is minimalistic in regards to equipment. I am not going to a gym and cannot find room in this budget to buy high end exercise bikes or treadmills and rowers. Used to, 9 years ago- pre ankle tendon injury and then low activity weight gain. So now I have shed the extra 42 pounds and have much more energy! I feel like- I am Back! Except another decade older and have lost that former conditioning pre injury days. The Eat Like a Bear Life feeding plan of intermittent fasting has not only lowered my BMI back to mid normal, the years of inflammation have eased off to where I don't mostly remember how that inflamed and bloated body used to feel! Oh, no- I do remember. But now, What to do with that? Because this body that has been injury and sloppy diet dormant, needs some Work. So I have subscribed to this and will look for More! It will take a few sessions of conditioning to complete the whole workout in One time slot- but, that is ok with me. Thank you for the opportunity to follow you and learn from you.

These barre workouts are every bit as good as the expensive studio classes I took in the Bay Area (northern CA). Her narration is so easy on the ears. I have a professional barre at home so it's lovely to have guided workouts during quarantine.
