I'm always amazed at the variety of movements you can come up with. I've done so many of your workouts (youtube as well as DVDs that I own), and the variety you come up with is just endless. It really makes working out something that I look forward to. I love that some are really hard and then others like this are more of a fusion flow (but still can be deceptively hard when you get all those balancing elements going on). Thanks for all these videos that you do for us.
Jess, I really love these standing workout! They are so good for the older client who needs to work on balance. Thank you for the inspiration! Also great for clients who get dizzy from lying to standing. This eliminates the worry about the head spins from being supine to upright! :)

This was my workout for this morning it is another one of my favorites I use to get through this workout without no problems but sense my car accident I am slowly gaining that strength and balance back it was a little challenging I definitely don’t have the balance anymore but I will get there thanks for making this video it will help me get back into shape all I can I do is take it one day at a time thanks for working out with me this morning Jessica I hope you have a great Monday 😀
It was so good to focus on balancing and core strength today in this gentle, relaxing and meditative Pilates Fusion routine. This one definitely worked the legs too. I just love the variety of different styles of training in Jessica’s challenges. I have been working out with her since 2014 and I never ever get bored because of the choice of routines and the different styles of exercise offered each day. Thanks Jessica😀😀.

Core week day 4 done - switched things up due to time constraints and not having a cardio ball. It was a short but hard workout for balance as I still have issues from surgery but helps me realize I need to do this one more and get stronger! Enjoying core week with you and Peanut!

This is a fabulous core workout. I can only due standing pilates due to neck problems so this is really going to help strengthen my core. One of the most dynamic, standing pilates core workout I've tried recently!

This was a "beast" of its own! We take balance for granted! Cannot say enough! I am dripping sweat!! ..... who would have thought that would happen with such a "quiet" workout! I really enjoyed this workout! I did something weird to my hip yesterday, so I needed something gentle today, and this was perfect. The hip feels better, and I'm surprisingly sweaty.
Jessica I really love working out with you, it's all combined in one, soothing, inspiring, challenging and fun! My only request is if you can pleaseee provide us with more STANDING 20-30 min workouts, I"ll take it all ballet, weights, cardio etc!! I ABSOLUTELY hate floor work so I'm skipping a lot of your videos to exercise with other trainers, but it's not as fun/effective as yours..... thank you, you're AMAZING xx
Excellent workout. I will use it by itself for an lighter day or quick workout and pair it with a HIIT workout for a harder day. I did this after a HIIT workout today, and I am sparkling buckets. Thank you Jessica.
Loved this! Found it relaxing meditative as I imagine yoga is for most people, but I found this more enjoyable because it had dance warmup vibes and kept my interest more.

I am recovering from disc issues in my back and this was good to get me moving. It was too late in the evening for me to do full fledged cardio but I wanted to do something. I was careful on any of the twisting movements and avoided the curling of the back, but I know it was good for stablity and got my heart rate up more than expected. I am going to do some planks and other floor stability to finish things out.
This was not easy for me! Thank you as always Jessica 💕 love your teaching style, cueing and encouragement. I have almost all your programs but I still love doing the workouts here on RUclips. 🙏 thank you

LOVED THIS ONE! :) Challenging (in a sneaky, low impact sorta way), even broke a little bit of a sweat (added bonus). Also worked well for me at 37 weeks pregnant, allowing me to safely work my core while incorporating my pelvic floor and adding in some added kegels for the day!
