I was a dance teacher for 20+ years and upon retirement was looking for workout routines with variety and that were easy to complete for whatever mood I was in that day. I found Jessica and have been a fan of hers for several years now. She's knowledgeable about the body, dresses appropriately, doesn't take herself too seriously, and seems to genuinely care about us feeling good both inside and out. Thanks, Jessica, for your great workouts!! Peanut also gave me a sense of calm that, if your dog could keep you company during your workouts, she could keep me company in my home too. I like how Jessica walks in time to the music. This is important to help the walking flow and not get confused. When I see the people on the videos are not in time with the music, it's a tad disquieting and annoying. Also it's good to feel I'm exercising with those on the video rather than feeling disconnected and being more "aware" that it's a video.
Im from the uk…I discovered you almost 10years ago when I worked nights in a casino and needed to shape up for Mexico!. And wow the intense cardio workout did the trick!! I’ve started working out again after years I’ve had two children and my mission is to complete the intense cardio workout I’m starting with one for now, funny i remember the music and the workout from the intense however I know my body would not be able to handle that YET! Day 3 on this one and I’m loving the energy the feeling it’s giving me ….ill keep you updated

I used to do your workouts a lot as a teenager and have recently circled back to them. I'd forgotten how excellent and fun they are! I've tried a lot of fitness videos, and yours are by far some of the best ones out there.
Did this workout with some "not so seniors" who can't afford a gym. GREAT!! I modified with wrist weights for challenge and gave a back of a chair for some. Just long enough, and helps all of us with balance. LOVE YA JS!!!
Hi Jessica, I love all your workouts, particularly cardio kickboxing but have recently broken my arm so have had to restrict to belly, buns and thigh workouts which I can adapt. I would appreciate any advice on the best workouts whilst I'm in my cast. You've helped me get fit again after working out with you for eight months so I'd hate to find myself going backwards. i'm so glad i can come here and find just what i need when i need it. I am just getting back to some higher impact stuff after resting an unknown foot injury or inflammation of some kind. I had a successful run yesterday and would normally skip a day but due to the time off, I wanted something cardio today too. This was perfect and I can now follow up with just a bit of arms on my own. While my foot was bothering me, I was able to do your lower impact and cardio flow routines to keep me moving.
thanks for this! It was so cold when I got home but i really needed a heart pumping workout that also wouldn't put any strain on my arm (major tennis elbow issue keeping me out of a lot of my fave videos). Now i feel inspired to find another segment for more abs and legs i guess.

Hi Jessica yours video revived me honestly. I am now on quarantine due to Covid19 as I need to embark offshore and I was woww how can I bounce my body alone by myself on a 30 square meter room? Just hit google and bahmmm there I found your classes which are amazing, I do follow it 3 times a week alternating with other gym activities, but yeah it is making me feel a baby my heart pumps even more healthy and my sleep did improved a lot ever since I started following your classes. This is perfect for cold days like today. I have what's called Reynaud's Phenomenon or Reynaud's Syndrome, where my fingers and toes get extremely cold because my body vasoconstricts too much in cold weather. This is great for getting my heart rate up and keeping me warm without being too much to do on the spur of the moment!

I can't comfortable do Leslie Sansones one mile walks just fine, and I can keep up with the pace. I'll have to report back and let you know how I did. I havent worked out for about 8 months and then i ended up loosing some control over my eating and its starting to show now 😔 Must get back on track !!!!! I'v started doing your workouts and my god you are great jessica !!!!! I love the way you talk to us its so motivating !! Its doing wonders for my self esteem and even my moods have been a lot better already ! My mood swings have been all over the place due to weight gain again ! I can get very low about it sometimes, it totally changes how i look at myself. So thank you so much jessica you are amazing 💜 I just have one question, how would you recomend doing these workouts ? For example... Today i did one of your 10minute walk as a warm up and then i did this video. What would you recomend for the next day something more heavier or will something equal be just as good ? Finding balance is my biggest problem because i tend to go in for the kill because i always think that an easy workout or a short one wont do anything so i end up trying to do too much.
