I started working out with JSTV in January 2016 and so far I have lost 20lbs with 30lbs more to go. I feel great and look forward to the workouts because they are fun and easy to follow. Oh my goodness, Jessica. I just did your standing Pilates workout and somehow found myself doing this fast walk too. Its just so much fun. its energetic and sweat-making and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm coming up to my 70th soon and its so good being able to find sessions I can not only keep up with but they have just the right amount of challenge to them too. These are definitely on my favorite list already. Your voice and accent go a long way to making it even more enjoyable. Keep up the good work - we need it!!!

This is one of my absolute favorites, Jessica! Will you consider creating a playlist of the videos you have working out with your mom? It would be nice for you to have a series of these mother/daughter workouts, have them listed from less to more strenuous, have mother and daughter doing two different variations of the exercise (ie. mom at working out at half-time or adapting for bad knees). One of the things I love about most of your videos is that you keep them confined to a small space so I can adapt them to the awkward meter-wide U-shaped area I have around my bed in my bedroom. Thank you for these videos. The hardest part about losing weight isn't getting it off, it's keeping it off. This free routine is short, fun, easy to do and doesn't take a lot of motivation to "face in the right direction and start walking". I'll be doing this one again and again to help me keep off those 15 pounds I've lost (again, thanks in part to your routines). Great for after supper or combined with one of your other workouts for when the weather's too miserable to walk/hike/bike outside.

i had to have something tonight, but it had to be short. It was nice to get some abs in too, and I particularly liked working my lower back. I didn't realize how stiff i was and this helped. I added on one of your stretch videos to end my night.
