Jessica, how are you doing? Wow!!! Thank you so much for this Walking Upper Body Stregth Training Workout. I truly enjoyed this exercise. I'm quite winded, and sweaty!!! It's quite alright. I wasn't going to work out this morning. I dug deep, and came out here to see what workout video you had. I'm so glad I was able to complete the workout. I feel much better now. Thank you so much for the encouragement during this workout. Because, I was about to stop and sit down. A light bulb clicked on in my head. Some exercise is better than no exercise at all. Thanking the Lord for you and Peanut, (even though I didn't see him today) for today's workout video.
This is one of my favorites! I also use it to practice my speech saying, "first, foremost, focused, strong, safe, successful" over & over at the end. I think the s's are actually harder:) Thanks for all you do Jessica!
Totally love your 1 Mile routines! Was not planning on doing any exercises today, it being Saturday, but when the routine came through on my tablet, up I trotted to the landing where I do my exercises and did it! Enjoyed it very much as I do all your routines!! My aim is to be fit and if I loose an inch or two, yay!! Thanks, Jessica!
I've scrolled passed this video a million times but finally did it this morning and I'm so in love. It's awesome. I'm always looking for new arm moves. I love the over head weight pass. This is definitely harder than it looks with my 6 pound weights.

I could not do any exercising for approx. 5 years. I have gradually been able to get back to it 4 times a week. I am finally able to do this video. Keep up with the simplified, but effective indoor circuit programs. The time goes fast and I feel so good afterwards. Thank you.

Soo good to get in some arms toning while upping my step count. With all the variety I'm actually looking forward to exercise! Thank you, Jessica, for changing my outlook on becoming fit. And, losing the extra weight.
Absolutely enjoyed this workout! I love doing your 1-mile walks because I can build my own routine and do however many miles my heart desires. Today I started with this walk followed by the 1-mile belly, buns and thighs walk, plus your 2 10-minute express miles followed by your 5 minute stretch. All in all it was a great sweaty Saturday!
I didn't comment the first time I did this workout. This is such a good one. I loved all the arm work... My legs were killing me from Leg Day and this was the perfect workout. You always do So Good Jessica!

Day 4 of the Fall Back into Fitness challenge for me. I really love how you are running DVDs and RUclips videos side by side, it's a great combination. Even though I have the DVDs on day 4, I decided to do the Upper and Lower Body Circuits RUclips because I hadn't had the chance to do them yet. I had been using "Walk On: Walk the weight off 30 Day Plan" since receiving it for my birthday in May. Thank for a great plan to follow!! #Fallchallenge
Loved the combo of weights and walking. I had 8 lbs and was struggling by the end of each set of reps. Time flew by too. Perfect quick workout after a busy day! Thank you.

Loved the 1 Mile Upper Body Circuit workout! I get bored with just strength training, so keeping my feet moving kept me engaged. The 1 Mile Lower Body Circuit is great, too. How about a combo (upper and lower body) workout? I love the combo exercises we do in Barre class.
Mixing it up at home just got so much easier. I burn out quick doing the same thing. Some different dvd programs I have sit in the folder, but I feel more challenged and strengthened by this.
I loved this did this with 8lbs but no weight on the front chest closure because I was lifting pretty heavy for some areas with super sets. Coupled this with the interval job walk first then this. Great light recovery day.

was looking for something that wasn't going to bother my already sore thighs (they've been sore for 2 days and I didn't want to go another day without working out lol!) this was literally perfect, did it twice in a row and had a great workout without feeling any extra pain in the legs! this will be apart of my regular rotation for sure, thank you!

Great workout! Decided to try your new body circuit walks for my Summer of Strength challenge. Used 3# weights, which was pretty good for me, especially for the tricep moves. On to the lower body circuit walk! Thanks Jessica!
I love this workout for a quick, pick me up or before work workout -- it's so adaptable -- if you want more pick up heavier dumbbells, if you want less, lighten them. :) It's almost comforting if you want it to be, or challenging too. Hope this makes sense! Thanks JessicaSTV :)
