I LOVE working out with you. when I got my Fitbit I discovered walking inside. I live in Washington state and walking outside is NoT an option ALOT of the time as it's rainy and yucky and I have a 2.5 year old. (gotta get those steps!) I love that you have full length videos and short 12 minute ones so that on mornings like today when I'm in a fog I can get moving and wake up! thank you Jessica!

Great for this oldie trying to keep up. There’s good brain training in this one for me. I can feel my brain working, as my body stumbles along striving to energize the actions into a steady energetic flow. I hope i get to look like you one day. Haha. Have to take 4 or 5 decades off.
I have done so many of her workouts online but this one is definitely at the top. She is so much fun and I love how she tells us to modify them if our bodies don't move like that. I have SI joint issues and I do several of these workouts. Jessica is the best!!!!

I developed severe subtalar/ankle osteoarthritis in my mid 30's, making walking difficult. I can't say enough about your videos and have passed them along to my family and friends.

I'm 65 and have hip and lower back issues and struggled for a long time to find the right low impact workouts for me other than going for longer and longer walks! Done this one about 10 times, but this was my first time doing it 28 weeks pregnant 😂 these + 30-40 min walking cardio workouts are the *BEST*! I work out with you daily, but this one got me sparkling this afternoon for sure!

I'm new to jessicasmitjtv and I just did this workout this morning. It was fun!! I combined it with another 1 mike walk for a total 40 minute cardio. Great workout! I'll be back tomorrow to try another.

I LOVED this! I have serious DOMS following a lower body strength train yesterday. I was absolutely shattered after driving hundreds of miles today but wanted to do some kind of workout before going to bed. This was PERFECT! Did this after work and was so glad I didn't try it in the morning because it takes me until about noon to get my coordination working. LOL! Loved it though, simple, fast but effective. Love the reminders about using abs and chest resistance. It really helps me make the most of these moves!
This is another workout I'll go back to again and again to help me keep the weight off. Simple to follow and just enough length to make me feel like I've done something. Thank you for posting it.
