Great for this oldie trying to keep up. There’s good brain training in this one for me. I can feel my brain working, as my body stumbles along striving to energize the actions into a steady energetic flow. I hope i get to look like you one day. Haha. Have to take 4 or 5 decades off.
Thanks, Jessica. I could feel myself slipping into a down mood, and wasn't gonna do any movement, but I thought, no, no it isn't all or nothing; get up and try 15 gentle minutes. That's where you are always there for me with your vids and balanced positivity.

I LOVE working out with you. when I got my Fitbit I discovered walking inside. I live in Washington state and walking outside is NoT an option ALOT of the time as it's rainy and yucky and I have a 2.5 year old. (gotta get those steps!) I love that you have full length videos and short 12 minute ones so that on mornings like today when I'm in a fog I can get moving and wake up! thank you Jessica!
I was feeling a bit anxious and lethargic. Didn't go out at all today to walk like I normally do because of the bad weather and too many people out and about. Your video allowed me to move around today. Thanks!
I have done so many of her workouts online but this one is definitely at the top. She is so much fun and I love how she tells us to modify them if our bodies don't move like that. I have SI joint issues and I do several of these workouts. Jessica is the best!!!!

Thank you so much for the great selection of lower impact walk/cardio videos! I am now back to exercising 4 days a week and getting better all the time. I developed severe subtalar/ankle osteoarthritis in my mid 30's, making walking difficult. I can't say enough about your videos and have passed them along to my family and friends.
Variety, interest and motivation by the bagful!!!! Love your workouts. I'm 65 and have hip and lower back issues and struggled for a long time to find the right low impact workouts for me other than going for longer and longer walks! I was (am still!!) a dancer and miss not being able to 'leap about'! ❤️💃🏻👣👣💃🏻❤️

I ended up just doing 2 of these today (instead of the 4 suggested) because I had the chance to go snowshoeing today, which was about 5000 steps or so. Honestly, I don't know if i could've gotten through 4 of these back to back. Maybe 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening? Something to work up to!! Thanks again!

Done this one about 10 times, but this was my first time doing it 28 weeks pregnant 😂 these + 30-40 min walking cardio workouts are the *BEST*! I work out with you daily, but this one got me sparkling this afternoon for sure!
