Love these 1 mile walks (express and the "regular" ones) - can combine them with other workouts when I didn't get outside for a bike/walk or just do a quick one for an "after supper" workout. Lynn, I have Jessica's walk DVd's and I'm 72 and I love the DVD. I am stronger & now can walk further outside when the weather permits. She has a warm up and cool down and some wonderful upper & lower body work. i have not gotten injured @ all. I am prone to injuries. But not with Jessica. I listen to my body. Happy walking

I am obese. And have been inactive for years. This morning i woke up... Stepped into a portable steamer...then did this workout. And to me...this was really a workout. Easy to follow yet fast paced enough that an obese arthritic person can complete it. I hope to do your walking worouts six times a week. Thanks Jessica.

I love this video for when I'm short on time but need something quick and effective to make me feel like I worked out. But I really want to tell you that my sister gave me your "Walk ON 21 Day Weight Loss Plan" as a gift, and I love it. It's challenging no doubt, and I have a knee injury, yet I can do all four sessions with no problem, and I get such a great workout. I've already lost twelve pounds, so I'm well on target for my goal of losing 20 pounds. I call you my coach now, lol. Thank you Jessica for all the quality work you do and for caring so much.

Second mile completed on my indoor walkathon today. It is hot and humid outside but with Jessica's indoor walking playlist it is so easy and fun to get a varied mix of miles to walk this morning in the airconditioned comfort of my office. However, I am still sparkling.
Forgot earlier I did a 20 minute boot camp timer walk video and a 10 minute boot camp timer walk video. On you tube. I love working out to boot camp. Also wearing the fitbit it helps also. Diabetic with neuropathy I work through the foot pain some days are better than others. The lyrica pain medicine makes me gain weight so I started to walk some to loose weight. Thanks great video. I am soooo glad to see this new video. Sometimes I want to exercise but my body just isn't up for a 30 minute workout, and I always head straight to your 12 minute power walk. Just completed the workout feeling great!! Before this I did a one hour music cardio of the best music of 2015. In between I did 15 minutes of boot camp timer workouts 3 separate videos and I did 4 -4 minute videos all my workout on you tube losing weight getting fit. Doing the best I can at least I'm moving a little each day. Thanks great workout. First time I've done this video walk workout. I'm a subscriber to the channel. Will be doing more of them. Jessica, I did this workout 4 times a week -from Dec, 26 to Jan. 25, and twice a week your DVD. Guess what, I lost 7 pounds, and so far I have kept them off. Thank you. Been busy but again I am going to do this workout FIVE TIMES a week. Thank you so much. I love the way my clothes fit. I have never been overweight, but I needed to lose at least 6 pounds. Awesome workout. You can make it more intense by picking up the pace and adding sit-ups and pushups at the end. I can really get my heart rate elevated.
I finally have high speed internet and can now do some of your videos here. I'm thrilled! I've been using the one-mile walks to supplement one of the DVD sets. It's the best of both worlds: I get to cross off a workout on the rotation chart and do something new too.
I've been doing these workouts the past couple of days as I'm just recovering from a colonoscopy and didn't want to leave the house for obvious reasons(!), or do anything too strenuous either- I was originally planning to do a bit of yoga but this is a great alternative! At long-last I found an exercise that is suitable for my age...( 59)- walking- and I don't have to get out of my house on cold mornings to go jogging in the field. Beautiful Jessy, am doing well. EUREKA!!!!
Great workout - I'm healing from a hysterectomy, nearly 6 weeks post op. I was very physically active before surgery, exercising 6-7 days a week. My doctor said I could walk and then begin light exercise on week 6 and build up to where I was slowly. This was a great way to get exercise. Thumbs up!
This was perfect for today. I did Superset Sculpt yesterday and I'm a little sore (haven't done that one in a while.) After this I did Short and Sweet Stretch. Looking forward to jumping into subscriber appreciation week tomorrow and making up the workout for day 1 another day.

This was a perfect cardio warmup before moving into my strength training for the day. I've really been loving your walking workouts lately for simple cardio that still works up a good sweat. The music is always great as well.

Jessica, this is a fantastic walk! I had already done Cardio Flow, Cardio Dance Sculpt, and Core Stretch from the Total Body Balance DVD and Week 1 - Day 3 of Erin Motz's 2014 Official 30 Day Yoga Challenge. Ive been hanging out in my workout clothes ever since so I couldn't resist going ahead and doing this mile. I totally loved it and realized I had a smile on my face the entire time! Omg i can't believe I just did this! I did it right after another video of yours, 12 mins of the same exercises and power walking. Now i'm drenched in sweat and feel good.
I did the 12 min fat burning power workout right before this and wow i cant believe i didnt stop to take a break at all, and i did them both!

I enjoyed my one mile power walk i think it great i have made it part of my daily routine i do it twice a day and I already lost two pounds I'm so happy can't wait for the next workout
Hi Jessica, repeating this routine which I like it very much and learning your kickboxing, wow I sweated so much, but the next day wow my thighs hurted, which I will keep it up because I also liked it, thank you for helping us get in shape.
