I have been looking for a workout instructor on youtube that makes me want to keep exercising. I used to not be able to go more than 15 minutes, but now I've found your channel and finish! I loooove this one! It's a lot of power, and yet low impact on my hips and joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and in my knees, yet I did this whole thing without stopping. And still got a good sweat on! This is by far one of my favorites! I'll be 60 years old this month, and need to keep on exercising. Thank you so much for sharing this, Jessica!

I am a cancer survivor and am badly out of stamina and shape after all the chemo but I can do this workout with a smile on my face (and alot of sweating ;) ) Just wanted to say thanks alot! I had so much fun with this workout! I'm on the Recovery Week from the Lift and Shift plan, so I decided to do some cardio today. This was perfect! I'm sweaty, but feeling great! There's just enough variety within the workout to prevent boredom, but not so much as to cause confusion. Thanks for so many fantastic workouts, Jessica!
Got a good sweat with this! I have been a powerwalker/pilates/yoga/jogger for about 3 years now. I have MS and this is excellent for my balance and brain activity not just working my body. Just started doing your workouts and love them. Thank you.
I walk most mornings, then started doing this each afternoon. Today when I finished this walk I continued to do a fast walk which turned into a jog for another 10 minutes. Thank you, for these videos.

I have found that most youtube videos, for weight loss, are aimed for people who are used to working out but want to work on certain areas of the body. Last day of QuickFit done! That was eye-opening and hopefully motivational. I have lost a significant amount of my endurance from inactivity over the last year and a half. Had some life changes that I allowed to take large amounts of my energy. I'm finally emotionally and physically ready to start focusing on my health and fitness again. Jessica, thank you for your encouragement and guidance.
Thank you for all these creative and challenging workouts! I had a total right knee replacement, and had been doing a variety of your workouts before and now Im 14 days post op and have 90% range of motion in my right knee. The physical therapists are amazed at how fast I have recovered and I tell them about your channel and to recommend it to others for before and after any type of surgery.

I'm currently trying to get to a healthy weight, and I need to lose about 50 lbs. I'm so glad that I found this workout, because your energy is insane! This workout was tough for me, but I hung in there with you! I know that as I continue to do this workout everyday, it will become a lot easier for me.
I did this workout this morning at 5:00 when I am the LEAST coordinated. I found the pace and intensity just right for crawling out of bed, and getting ready for the day!
Liked this one a lot. The 30 minutes passed so quickly too. Some great moves too, really creative. The wax on wax off I love as the push forward, push back which was a wonderful stretch for my arms. I didn't feel like exercise today when I got up but I thought "why not one of Jessica's short walking workouts"? When I looked at the playlist I decided to do a longer one and this was an excellent choice. I need to do some upper body today and now feel motivated to do an upper body walk or sculpt to follow this one.

You talk into the camera as if you're my friend. This RUclips channel is the best. There is a workout for every level. This is so helpful when I had a knee injury. I want to say thank you to Jessica. In December of 2019 i developed a lung problem (no not Covid19), I was not able to move very much. The sad thing was that I was exercising everyday for over a year and had made great progress at weight loss and becoming more healthy. Today April 13,2020 was the first day i officially done my first workout. I am so happy that I chose this one. I made it through the whole video. I think that i am back on track to recovery and my once again journey to a healthier me. Now to loose the extra fat that has replaced my muscle and the extra 5 kilo that I have gained over the last 4 months.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My goal has been to do different routines on a daily basis. I feel comfortable with this idea. Any suggestions. FYI - I'm 48. Out of shape, kind of. I've been stagnant for a few years. I had a slight blockage of plaque in one of my arteries that lead to my heart of a couple of years ago. So now is when I'm feeling motivated to do some cardio. Oh by the way, I'm 6'2" weighing about 225 lbs. I have a gut but through doing some of your workouts I've lost a few pounds. Thank you again for these videos. See you tomorrow.

Great workout Jessica. I just finished it for the first time and I feel great! I put you in my "favorites" so that I can do this every morning. I use to jazzercise regularly (It's been about 20 years). Started having problems with one hip. Even with the arthritic hip I was able to follow you and break a sweat...I just did a little more low impact, that's all. Thank you very much for this video! You are a great instructor. I especially liked it when you reminded us about posture!.....I needed that!
I found a video of yours on Pintetest and tried it out. I originally thought I would use your videos for when it rained but I have enjoyed them so much I alternate them with walking outside! There are so many great ones for this newbie with various intensities yet all doable !! Never before have I looked forward to exercising and getting healthy!! Thank you for this, it has made a huge difference in my life!!

agree, you lose fat all over, you can't just target your legs only. Exercise on its own doesn't cause you to lose weight, unfortunately, the calories do actually matter

Hi Jessica, I've had back surgery sometime ago, but find some other workouts still hurt my back. Since I started working out with you NO back pain and I feel great. I do the low impact, it's great.

I just want to thank you for all of your wonderful workouts, the variety of difficulty levels, and MOST importantly your lovely positive attitude that inspires me to keep moving, even when I don't feel like it. I've been doing your workouts for several years now; I've bought several of your workout DVDs (even the one with your husband, Guillermo and you working out together -- so cute!), and I'm in my second year of being a member of your "all access pass," which is so awesome because of all the different types of workouts and the different lengths of workouts to choose from. But what I really wanted to tell you is that you helped me out today -- the day after my aunt's funeral. (She was 91 and lived a good long life, but I will miss her so much, as she was a lovely, but strong woman, and we had lots of fun together!). I was tired, depressed, and bumming out today, as you can imagine, but I know that I always feel better after I exercise. I didn't think I had the energy to work out, but I saw this workout, which I had labelled as a "good, low-impact workout," and it really did help to lift my spirit. We all have trials and tribulations in our lives, and we all have times of loss and sadness, but we have to keep going, and we need hope to sustain us. Staying healthy and fit as we age is a huge part of being able to enjoy life, which is why I try to get some exercise every day, and you are my inspiration, Jessica!!! Please know how much happiness you bring to so many of us through the work that you do, and please continue for as long as you can. You are changing lives for the better -- and you are just so professional, yet so relatable in the way that you do it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! I’ve been doing Yana’s workouts for a while now, they are one of my favorites. Today I finally did this one with a pedometer and it shows that I’ve done 1128 steps! It’s amazing because I’ve never managed to reach 1,000 steps with other other 1000 steps workouts. Thank you Yana not only for awesome workouts but also for sticking to your promises!
Jessica, these are exactly what I've been looking for. Wish I would have found them years ago. Last week I did the 7 day work out . Down 2lbs and 2.5 in. Feel great. Now I adding the 15 day challenge to it.

Terrific power walk routine. I found it because it’s supposed to rain for the next 24 hours and I needed to work out. This will become a regular part of my winter workout routines on days it’s too cold to get outdoors.
just tried this power walk exercise and being totally unfit at the moment, having not exercised for several months, I was a little sceptical about keeping up the pace - but WOW I did it all and feel so much better. Thank you Jessica - that was a great exercise routine.

This workout is fabulous. It's low impact and "easy," but moves me around enough to definitely up my heart rate. I have a really hard time finding the motivation to workout, but I was feeling it today, so I thought I'd try this workout I've been eyeing. I'm pleased to say this 30 minute workout felt more like 10 minutes; I couldn't believe it was over! Went on to do one of her barre workouts, also. I think with workouts like this, I might find the motivation a little more easily.

I love how the upper body movements in this one open up my chest and shoulders after hunching over a desk all week!

I want to say thank you to Jessica. In December of 2019 i developed a lung problem (no not Covid19), I was not able to move very much. The sad thing was that I was exercising everyday for over a year and had made great progress at weight loss and becoming more healthy. Today April 13,2020 was the first day i officially done my first workout. I am so happy that I chose this one. I made it through the whole video. I think that i am back on track to recovery and my once again journey to a healthier me. Now to loose the extra fat that has replaced my muscle and the extra 5 kilo that I have gained over the last 4 months.
This is a godsend! The moves look simple and yet I find myself sweating and breathing more heavily. :) Thank you thank you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. My goal has been to do different routines on a daily basis. I feel comfortable with this idea. Any suggestions. FYI - I'm 48. Out of shape, kind of. I've been stagnant for a few years. I had a slight blockage of plaque in one of my arteries that lead to my heart of a couple of years ago. So now is when I'm feeling motivated to do some cardio. Oh by the way, I'm 6'2" weighing about 225 lbs. I have a gut but through doing some of your workouts I've lost a few pounds. Thank you again for these videos. See you tomorrow.

Great workout Jessica. I just finished it for the first time and I feel great! I put you in my "favorites" so that I can do this every morning. I use to jazzercise regularly (It's been about 20 years). Started having problems with one hip. Even with the arthritic hip I was able to follow you and break a sweat...I just did a little more low impact, that's all. Thank you very much for this video! You are a great instructor. I especially liked it when you reminded us about posture!.....I needed that!

I found a video of yours on Pintetest and tried it out. I originally thought I would use your videos for when it rained but I have enjoyed them so much I alternate them with walking outside! There are so many great ones for this newbie with various intensities yet all doable

There is no way to lose fat on a specific place on your body, only way to lose fat on that spot is to lose overall fat
agree, you lose fat all over, you can't just target your legs only. Exercise on its own doesn't cause you to lose weight, unfortunately, the calories do actually matter

I got tell you young lady...I'm so happy this "Golden Girl" finished your this workout completely. I find a full body workout is better for me than just plain walking. I feel more energized and I did it right in my bedroom after a stretching exercise. Thank you.

Hi Jessica, I've had back surgery sometime ago, but find some other workouts still hurt my back. Since I started working out with you NO back pain and I feel great. I do the low impact, it's great.

I just want to thank you for all of your wonderful workouts, the variety of difficulty levels, and MOST importantly your lovely positive attitude that inspires me to keep moving, even when I don't feel like it. I've been doing your workouts for several years now; I've bought several of your workout DVDs (even the one with your husband, Guillermo and you working out together -- so cute!), and I'm in my second year of being a member of your "all access pass," which is so awesome because of all the different types of workouts and the different lengths of workouts to choose from. But what I really wanted to tell you is that you helped me out today -- the day after my aunt's funeral. (She was 91 and lived a good long life, but I will miss her so much, as she was a lovely, but strong woman, and we had lots of fun together!). I was tired, depressed, and bumming out today, as you can imagine, but I know that I always feel better after I exercise. I didn't think I had the energy to work out, but I saw this workout, which I had labelled as a "good, low-impact workout," and it really did help to lift my spirit. We all have trials and tribulations in our lives, and we all have times of loss and sadness, but we have to keep going, and we need hope to sustain us. Staying healthy and fit as we age is a huge part of being able to enjoy life, which is why I try to get some exercise every day, and you are my inspiration, Jessica!!! Please know how much happiness you bring to so many of us through the work that you do, and please continue for as long as you can. You are changing lives for the better -- and you are just so professional, yet so relatable in the way that you do it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! I’ve been doing Yana’s workouts for a while now, they are one of my favorites. Today I finally did this one with a pedometer and it shows that I’ve done 1128 steps! It’s amazing because I’ve never managed to reach 1,000 steps with other other 1000 steps workouts. Thank you Yana not only for awesome workouts but also for sticking to your promises!

Terrific power walk routine. I found it because it’s supposed to rain for the next 24 hours and I needed to work out. This will become a regular part of my winter workout routines on days it’s too cold to get outdoors.
just tried this power walk exercise and being totally unfit at the moment, having not exercised for several months, I was a little sceptical about keeping up the pace - but WOW I did it all and feel so much better. Thank you Jessica - that was a great exercise routine.

This workout is fabulous. It's low impact and "easy," but moves me around enough to definitely up my heart rate. I have a really hard time finding the motivation to workout, but I was feeling it today, so I thought I'd try this workout I've been eyeing. I'm pleased to say this 30 minute workout felt more like 10 minutes; I couldn't believe it was over! Went on to do one of her barre workouts, also. I think with workouts like this, I might find the motivation a little more easily.
