    Get started off on the right foot (at any time of day!) by waking up your body and brain with some walking exercise! This steady-state, low-impact cardio session is easy to follow and simple to do in a small space. We'll focus on moving your entire body with simple coordination movements to help boost your brain power and circulation.

    Thank you Jessica. Everything you say, your spirit, wisdom, energy and love, always inspire me. I feel great after this session. And how true, about appreciating our body and listening to it. I am recovering from knee stiffness. I did this session at my pace and was still able to sweat it out, stand tall and breathe. Keep doing what you do. It makes such a difference to so many of us here. ❤️

    Thank you, Jessica, for this one. I've done it several times, but it's even more inspiring now that I've been helping my 88 year old mother in law recover from multiple contain fractures in her spine. It's VERY humbling to be able to get up in the morning and be able to move, and I'm so thankful to God for my body that still works, and for Jessica showing me how to do it in a sensible way!

    I exercised with you for many years doing your hit and other workouts, and felt great every day. Then six years ago I had a health issue that left me unable to exercise. Every time I tried, something got injured and I felt horrible. Today I did this video and am so happy. I am going to go slow and try to ease back into it. THANK YOU. You and your workouts are the best!

    Oh Jessica!!! I so miss your walking workouts. They are my favorite workouts. Now that I am older, I'm not as able to do the more strenuous exercises. I have all of your walking workouts on DVD, but I need to purchase another DVD player. I hope you continue to provide more walking workouts, but until then I will use your workouts on RUclips!!!

    Jessica, I have been doing your workouts for more than 8 years now. Coming back to it again and again. Tried Gym and other online workouts but nothing can beat the ones you created. I have thyroid issues, maintaining my weight all these years with these workouts. Simple and effective.

    Jessica i ate cold pasta over a pot and washed it down with white claws and felt guilty. So I started this and then you started talking about positive associations with the health tracker and I could just cry. It's like you're yelling at me and honestly I appreciate it.

    Jess, thanks again for your videos. Last week I tried another walking video from another RUclips channel (to stay unnamed!) and they had ads every 5 min for a 30 min walk. So, THANK YOU for not having ads on your videos. It really makes a difference to not have my workout be disrupted. Appreciate all that you do AND who you are as a person.

    Jessica, I’ve been doing your workouts for years now and I’ve purchased quite a few as well. I was very sad to hear about Peanut. I know you miss him terribly. 😢 I really enjoyed seeing your mom and you work out together. Do you still do that sometimes? I also want to thank you for your workouts! They’re very versatile and have helped me in my fitness goals. I never thank my body for a workout though. I always thank God for giving me the strength and determination to workout everyday.     It's raining outside today and I wanted a moderate cardio workout. This fit the bill well. It also felt good to get the blood flowing when a crummy gray day can make me feel so blasé. Thanks Jessica for all of your outstanding workouts and the great variety you provide. 💪👍

    Third time around! I indulged last night on tex mex & drinks 😅 so I needed to get up to stop feeling so blah!
    So crazy that when I first started working out with you in 2015, I was in IOP after an IP stint in an ED Recovery Center.
    Here I am, 8 years later, healthier than ever, I have grace for myself & my body, & I now work out for health reasons.
    There are other yt channels right now all doing the same formula: no talking, rounds, music, & that’s great & all. But when I work out with you, I’m reminded of things like pulling fingers toward the forearms!
    Anyway, I always love coming back to your videos & do a few times a week. Love your content forever, Jessica! Thanks for the sparkle ❤

    I have been enjoying your workouts for a couple years. I'm a long time walker. At my age I'm beginning to have some ankle and hip problems. As a result I've been thinking I should improve my walking techniques. Probably long or due! Could you make or do you have a video that explains the correct or best walking techniques?     This was brilliant, it really energised me. The last two weeks I hit a bit of a rough patch, and couldn't push myself to exercise.
