I exercised with you for many years doing your hit and other workouts, and felt great every day. Then six years ago I had a health issue that left me unable to exercise. Every time I tried, something got injured and I felt horrible. Today I did this video and am so happy. I am going to go slow and try to ease back into it. THANK YOU. Third time around! I indulged last night on tex mex & drinks 😅 so I needed to get up to stop feeling so blah! So crazy that when I first started working out with you in 2015, I was in IOP after an IP stint in an ED Recovery Center. Here I am, 8 years later, healthier than ever, I have grace for myself & my body, & I now work out for health reasons. There are other yt channels right now all doing the same formula: no talking, rounds, music, & that’s great & all. But when I work out with you, I’m reminded of things like pulling fingers toward the forearms! Anyway, I always love coming back to your videos & do a few times a week. Love your content forever, Jessica! Thanks for the sparkle ❤
