Having lost my husband suddenly after being together 50+ years I sat for almost 2 full years.-thinking missing him, crying. Finally I remembered I had walked with Leslie years ago. Decided to start again. It hasn't been easy, but I'm into my 3rd week now. Depression and weight gain are problematic, but I'm doing these walks at my own pace to the beat of the music-not doing all the step outs and knee kicks. It does feel better to keep moving. If anyone can give me tips how to make sure I keep this going, I'm more than willing to listen! Thank you Leslie and all the wonderful people who support this walking program!

You are amazing and beautiful and have given me something I never had self respect, confidence, dignity. I feel empowered. I feel that people new to working out see Chloe Ting or Emi Wong challenges and are overwhelmed with how difficult that is. They may feel discouraged and give up. The truth of the matter is those videos are not for true beginners!! This video is great for people who haven't exercised in a while and are trying to just get their bodies moving! I love these videos because they're a great way to burn some calories and get your heart pumping without feeling like you might injure yourself! Thanks for posting!!
I followed all of leslie's 2mile and 3 mile walks including the strength training ones😆. NOPE did not ever follow any diet-only cut down my portions as per advice by leslie😁

I have been doing your working for almost 2 months now. I am severely overweight and I needed a work out that I could do.about 2 months ago I was taken by ambulance to the emergency room because I was having trouble breathing and chest pain. I was at my heaviest 313lbs. My whole body hurt, I was always tired and just felt terrible. I was told to start eating healthier and begin a work out plan. So I started yours. I love WATP it is fun, easy to do and a great work out. I am now down 22lbs. Thank you so much. God bless you :)
I am 63 year old woman and I started to exercise by watching these wonderful videos a few weeks ago. I never exercised in my life. I hated it but now, after sitting at home since March, I became very weak and gained a few pounds, I felt that I have to do something to help myself. It is very difficult for me but I keep pushing myself. I feel a little stronger already and I even lost the extra pounds. Since I feel better with myself I eat much less. Thank you so much, Leslie! For me you are a life saver! One of my dreams is to be able to ran on the stairs and maybe thanks to you I will be able to accomplish it. Your energy and positive attitude are really inspiring!!

Dear Ms. Leslie, thank you soooo much for these walks. I went on a WFPB vegan diet in January, and lost 28 lbs (I am only 5' 2") down from 140ish to 112-114 flux lbs. I also reversed my CHF heart disease and these walks helped along with prayer to our L-rd, Savior and supreme healer Jesus. Thank you again, and G-d bless you sister! PS: I walk with you 3 times a week and on weekend hubbs Harry and I go to the park and walk about 2 + miles.

I haven't done this video in a while as I have been opting for more recent 15-min videos from Leslie/walk leaders. But I decided to come back to this one just now and 20 mins later, I'm sweating buckets. I didn't even exert myself. My kind of exercise!

It is really hard for me to go out and take a walk. Especially in the dangerous neighborhood i live in. I get a lot of weirdos who not only ask me for money but follow me. I was walking out in the beginning of this year but i was happy i found Leslies walking videos. I get the same feeling as i am oitside and i have lost a lot of weight while doing it with her. 2/5/2023- My wife and I have worked our way up from 30 minute workouts 3X a week to 60ish minutes (40-80 minutes) almost daily. Sunday is usually a skip day but we snuck in a 30 minute workout anyway. It is becoming just part of the morning routine.
Good for you. I walked with Leslie before covid. I'm so thankful to still be exercising with her and the crew still. It helps so much now more than ever to be safe.
Starting a new job where I actually have an hour lunch break! Going to do these videos in my office for 30 minutes and then eat something light. So excited!
These videos are helping me so much! I work from home and am behind a screen all day, but I get up every hour and do a 5 minute walk or a 10 minute walk. I am feeling refreshed and strong!
I went from 242-228lbs. I feel my metabolism kicking in. Trying to eat right incorporated smoothies for breakfast and try to hold out until lunch if not a light snack in between. I’m grateful that I found this channel. It’s assumed that u must be uncomfortable and jump around and go on the floor to workout and lose weight but that’s not true. Walking does wonders. My confidence has increased a bit and I want to see more improvements!!! To those thinking of giving up please don’t! I wanted to give up because I wasn’t seeing results but all of a sudden it hits u like 💥 BAM and you start seeing results which makes u want more. Keep going!

These videos are so good! especially when keeping fit in lockdown. i have lost 4.3kg within 18 days. coupled with doing a 2 mile walk every other day, yoga on the days i don't do this and eating healthy/intermittent fasting. Feel lighter, less achy and so much more happier!

I initially started with one mile and gradually started doing 3 miles. Till date, I have losed 13 kilos. I have gained back my confidence and started loving my body more. All thanks to you ❤️ I cannot imagine my life without your videos. Despite being a thyroid and PCOS patient, I losed these much weight in six months. I completely refrained myself from eating junk food since the past six months. And I didn't have any cheat day either. I didn't eat much rice too. Instead I ate Chapati (Indian roti) for both lunch and dinner. And lots of greens and water. I drank coffee though. Twice in a day with one or two cookies. That's it...

Thank goodness I found you. I was 19 stone last year end now I am 17.1 stone and still loosing weight. I was told by doctor surgery I had to loose weight cos of my health deteriorating badly. I may be out of prediabetes now thanks to you and your assistance in getting me motivated. Enjoying the keep fit and exercises.

I've just started out walking to these videos. Due to work and an injured wrist I'm not able to do the workout I normally would, so it's great there are ways to get moving/motivated to move. I've promised myself, that if I walk at least a mile every day for a month(or any other kind of good heartrate movement for at least 15 minutes) I can treat myself with a game of my choice, just hoping that will motivate me enough to actually make this a habit of mine

I must confess that I chose Leslie's workout after experimenting with so many other workouts available on RUclips. This is the only one that is pure fun, one workout that you look out for every day, that you can complete till end and that absolutely gives you no added pain. Hoping to get in better shape soon. Hey Leslie I discovered you during the Covid lockdown. I am in India and the lockdown has extended quite a bit. So your walks are the perfect way to get some activity while at home. I am practicing it from 4 days, it's amazing initially I did 15 mins, second day 20mins, 3rd and 4th day for 30 mins, am getting mental positivity from this exercise along with physical fitness, I can feel I lost few grams already, the most positive platform 😀I know it works wonder already and addicted to walking everyday for 30 mins and I may increase
This is a very good workout. I started in late March this 2020. I lost 5 pounds in 2 months. I was surprised as I wasn't planning on weight loss. At the end of July, my weight was a total loss of 10 pounds. I hope I don't lose anymore. I am only 105 pounds at 155 cm in height. My aim was only to keep fit.
When I was in high school I was 250 and dropped to 150 with Leslie and my mom! I've gotten older and got married and am back up to 193. So it's time! Starting today, with a minimum of one 30 minute walk! I'll keep a track of how it goes, wish me luck!
I totally forgot about this!! I dropped down to 143 a year and a half ago! I run 2 miles a day or a regment with Fitness Marshall, switched to controlled portions and better choices and enjoy my routine! The best advice I'll ever give is: we all have bad days! We'll slip up! But tomorrow is a new oppurtunity. So keep dancing, keep smiling, and love your life!!!

I feel almost compelled to write something here because this is such a great work out! for the last few months, I have been trying to commit and exercise at home (because of the pandemic) but every time I tried a new video, I always ended up feeling drained and so, so tired (even though I would tell myself that I would repeat the next day, I knew that it probably wasn't going to happen). After this workout I feel happy (I didn't know you could feel happy after exercising) and more energized to start my day. I'm thinking of doing this two times a day, so let's see how it goes!

I love these workouts. I just did 3 of these videos to get 3 miles and the time just flew. Everyone in your classes seems to be having fun and is getting a great workout without injury and without laying on the floor and straining the back. Love it.
This is an excellent workout. I have it on DVD and use it in my weekly rotation. I've aquired a library of Leslie's workouts. I have around seventeen so far and I continue to purchase them. My mother and sister are now Leslie fans as well. I have kept off around an 80 pound weight loss for over ten years with Leslie's help. Having polycystic ovarian syndrome makes staying slim difficult, but doing Leslie's walking workouts are the key for me. I'm subscribed to this channel just to support her lol. After some injuries, I have been slowly yet cautiously getting back into exercising. These programs are just the right intensity. This is my first 30 minute workout in a while. Previously, I could only do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I am so excited!!! Thank you for posting these videos.
Thank you so much this exercise healed my depression. Coz my doctor recommend to exercise until I found out this exercise very easy but I feel so tired and sleep well.
I’m currently recovering from a c section and heart surgery and finally got the OK from my doctors to be able to start mild workouts again. And this is the perfect workout for me to do right now!!! I feel so much better after doing it, can’t wait to do it again tomorrow!!!!
I've been doing the first 2 miles "this video" for about 2 weeks now. I've also cut down on some carbs, such as bread rice etc, and I've also been drinking 2litres of water daily. I'd drink green tea with lemon in the morning, then start with my 2litre water intake. I made sure to eat dinner 3 hours before I started with the workout... I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4kgs. I'm now moving to the 3 mile walk and I'll update my results in 7 days time.😄
I'm sorry for the late update, the 3 mile walk really helped me a lot.. I've lost 12kgs in total doing Leslie's walks, this also came with a healthy diet and drinking 2litres of water a day. Some days I'd do the 2 mile walk and some days the 3 mile walk for about 4-5 times a week.

I got sized at David’s bridal in a size 16 so I ordered a size 14 dress 👗 well I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks and eating 900 calories a day and my dress came in and I was able to fit the size 14 dress 🥰 in just 3 weeks 😊 just wanted to share with everyone,, you can do it if you want to, my weight was 220 I currently weigh 205 now just keep up the great work never give up
I'm so proud of you for your dedication but (maybe you already know this so I'm sorry for the unsolicited advice) 900 calories a day is dangerously low. Practically starvation low. Just keep that in mind and be careful moving forward. :) You can now maintain the weight you have lost by continuing these workouts and eating a more calorie-rich diet.
I just completed another round, and I'm feeling great! I'll be following this video three 3x a week. I am looking forward to moving up to the 3 mile video.

Hi Leslie, I am 58 years old & have put on a lot if weight in the last 2 years. Last week I started the 1 mile walk & today started the 2 mile walk. I enjoyed it thoroughly. You are so cheerful and full of energy & you make walking & exercising so much fun. I have a lot of health issues & a big tummy which I have to work hard on. Hopefully my health issues will improve too. Any tips for me would be very appreciated.
So this is day 1 I did the entire walk, I'll try to keep updating here to motivate myself. Update: Okay I did this for one week, I've become more positive and active, no changes in body. Alright I can't keep up with this everyday, but I do this whenever I can, I've started eating even more junk these days, but this workout is keeping me positive.

I am 60- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

This video has 18 million views in 3 years for a very good reason - it is easy, fun and effective. I haven't done this video in a while as I have been opting for more recent 15-min videos from Leslie/walk leaders. But I decided to come back to this one just now and 20 mins later, I'm sweating buckets. I didn't even exert myself. My kind of exercise!

It is really hard for me to go out and take a walk. Especially in the dangerous neighborhood i live in. I get a lot of weirdos who not only ask me for money but follow me. I was walking out in the beginning of this year but i was happy i found Leslies walking videos. I get the same feeling as i am oitside and i have lost a lot of weight while doing it with her. 2/5/2023- My wife and I have worked our way up from 30 minute workouts 3X a week to 60ish minutes (40-80 minutes) almost daily. Sunday is usually a skip day but we snuck in a 30 minute workout anyway. It is becoming just part of the morning routine.

I went from 242-228lbs. I feel my metabolism kicking in. Trying to eat right incorporated smoothies for breakfast and try to hold out until lunch if not a light snack in between. I’m grateful that I found this channel. It’s assumed that u must be uncomfortable and jump around and go on the floor to workout and lose weight but that’s not true. Walking does wonders. My confidence has increased a bit and I want to see more improvements!!! To those thinking of giving up please don’t! I wanted to give up because I wasn’t seeing results but all of a sudden it hits u like 💥 BAM and you start seeing results which makes u want more. Keep going!

These videos are so good! especially when keeping fit in lockdown. i have lost 4.3kg within 18 days. coupled with doing a 2 mile walk every other day, yoga on the days i don't do this and eating healthy/intermittent fasting. Feel lighter, less achy and so much more happier!

Dear, Leslie. All I want to say to you is "THANK YOU". I'm thankful to you beyond words. I started doing your walk on 1st July 2018. I initially started with one mile and gradually started doing 3 miles. Till date, I have losed 13 kilos. I have gained back my confidence and started loving my body more. All thanks to you ❤️ I cannot imagine my life without your videos. Despite being a thyroid and PCOS patient, I losed these much weight in six months. I completely refrained myself from eating junk food since the past six months. And I didn't have any cheat day either. I didn't eat much rice too. Instead I ate Chapati (Indian roti) for both lunch and dinner. And lots of greens and water. I drank coffee though. Twice in a day with one or two cookies. That's it...

I've just started out walking to these videos. Due to work and an injured wrist I'm not able to do the workout I normally would, so it's great there are ways to get moving/motivated to move.
I've promised myself, that if I walk at least a mile every day for a month(or any other kind of good heartrate movement for at least 15 minutes) I can treat myself with a game of my choice, just hoping that will motivate me enough to actually make this a habit of mine

I am practicing it from 4 days, it's amazing initially I did 15 mins, second day 20mins, 3rd and 4th day for 30 mins, am getting mental positivity from this exercise along with physical fitness, I can feel I lost few grams already, the most positive platform 😀I know it works wonder already and addicted to walking everyday for 30 mins and I may increase

This is a very good workout. I started in late March this 2020. I lost 5 pounds in 2 months. I was surprised as I wasn't planning on weight loss. At the end of July, my weight was a total loss of 10 pounds. I hope I don't lose anymore. I am only 105 pounds at 155 cm in height. My aim was only to keep fit.
I must admit the loss of 10 pounds is good. Now at 105 pounds for a 155 cm is just great. Thank you Leslie.

When I was in high school I was 250 and dropped to 150 with Leslie and my mom! I've gotten older and got married and am back up to 193. So it's time! Starting today, with a minimum of one 30 minute walk! I'll keep a track of how it goes, wish me luck!

I totally forgot about this!! I dropped down to 143 a year and a half ago! I run 2 miles a day or a regment with Fitness Marshall, switched to controlled portions and better choices and enjoy my routine! The best advice I'll ever give is: we all have bad days! We'll slip up! But tomorrow is a new oppurtunity. So keep dancing, keep smiling, and love your life!!!

I feel almost compelled to write something here because this is such a great work out! for the last few months, I have been trying to commit and exercise at home (because of the pandemic) but every time I tried a new video, I always ended up feeling drained and so, so tired (even though I would tell myself that I would repeat the next day, I knew that it probably wasn't going to happen). After this workout I feel happy (I didn't know you could feel happy after exercising) and more energized to start my day. I'm thinking of doing this two times a day, so let's see how it goes!

I love these workouts. I just did 3 of these videos to get 3 miles and the time just flew. Everyone in your classes seems to be having fun and is getting a great workout without injury and without laying on the floor and straining the back. Love it.

This is an excellent workout. I have it on DVD and use it in my weekly rotation. I've aquired a library of Leslie's workouts. I have around seventeen so far and I continue to purchase them. My mother and sister are now Leslie fans as well. I have kept off around an 80 pound weight loss for over ten years with Leslie's help. Having polycystic ovarian syndrome makes staying slim difficult, but doing Leslie's walking workouts are the key for me. I'm subscribed to this channel just to support her lol. After some injuries, I have been slowly yet cautiously getting back into exercising. These programs are just the right intensity. This is my first 30 minute workout in a while. Previously, I could only do 10 to 15 minutes at a time. I am so excited!!! Thank you for posting these videos.

I've been doing the first 2 miles "this video" for about 2 weeks now. I've also cut down on some carbs, such as bread rice etc, and I've also been drinking 2litres of water daily. I'd drink green tea with lemon in the morning, then start with my 2litre water intake. I made sure to eat dinner 3 hours before I started with the workout... I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 4kgs. I'm now moving to the 3 mile walk and I'll update my results in 7 days time.😄

I'm sorry for the late update, the 3 mile walk really helped me a lot.. I've lost 12kgs in total doing Leslie's walks, this also came with a healthy diet and drinking 2litres of water a day. Some days I'd do the 2 mile walk and some days the 3 mile walk for about 4-5 times a week.

I got sized at David’s bridal in a size 16 so I ordered a size 14 dress 👗 well I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks and eating 900 calories a day and my dress came in and I was able to fit the size 14 dress 🥰 in just 3 weeks 😊 just wanted to share with everyone,, you can do it if you want to, my weight was 220 I currently weigh 205 now just keep up the great work never give up
I'm so proud of you for your dedication but (maybe you already know this so I'm sorry for the unsolicited advice) 900 calories a day is dangerously low. Practically starvation low. Just keep that in mind and be careful moving forward. :) You can now maintain the weight you have lost by continuing these workouts and eating a more calorie-rich diet.

Hi Leslie, I am 58 years old & have put on a lot if weight in the last 2 years. Last week I started the 1 mile walk & today started the 2 mile walk. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
