I am 72 and started Lesley's Walk Workout few months back and got hooked. Just love her style and energy, so motivational. I am now practicing for an 8 mile workout on 20 march for my Memory Walk for Alzheimer's Society in memory of my beloved beautiful mum who passed away 15 months ago. To-date I have managed 6.5 miles workout and with Lesley's energy I hope to complete 8 miles on 3/20/21 :-)

I actually like this much better than the 1 mile video! I was hesitant because I didn't think I could do it but the warm up, gradual increase in pace and even the stretching felt so much better than the 1 mile. My new fav video! Give it a try and just take it one step at a time 😉
I have been walking with Leslie for 30 years now. I have done from one to five miles at a time with Leslie through all the ups and downs of my life. I love that I can walk at home in my pajamas if I want to in a small space in my living room. It is simple, simply convenient, and just simply the most effective aerobic weight loss and muscle-toning workout that I know of.
I started walking with Leslie in 2020, during lockout and it helped so much. I've gone on walking almost every day, it is so good!!! Thank you Leslie, from Argentina. (I'm 68 and feeling very well ,and greatful)
I love this. I have to strengthen my lower back muscles so I do this along with a 1 mile daily for the next 28 days and then I will add 1 mile for 30 days. I just had gastric bypass surgery and I have to walk every day over the next four months. Also this is good for my MS too and this is helpful in keeping and strengthening my motor skills, so I can drive more than just down the street to the grocery store. Since adding this walk in the morning, along with an evening walk, I am feeling stronger and its definitely helped my weight loss.
I started this about a week ago & I have been doing 2 miles for the last 3 days. Hips & thighs hurting & arms shaky. I feel like I did a good workout. Can't wait to see some results!!

This is a wonderful workout!. Very body positive for any age. Easily modified for more burn or less depending on needs. I really am thankful for finding this. It's made a huge difference in my legs, hips. And at 57 I thought I would not have definition again. Thanks Leslie!!

Thank you Leslie for keeping me motivated and encouraged. Now I'm back at work full-time, I'm not able to do your exercises as regularly as before, but with your help I've managed to lose 20lbs. Means I've gone from being overweight and feeling bad about the way my body looked, to a much healthier weight and I can get back into clothes I enjoy wearing. I never thought I'd have this much fun doing 2 miles straight and at this pace. I used to do cross country and track and despised it. I think when my daughter does Girls On The Run, I'll add in these moves at their big final Run and just have a ton of fun with it.
I am just a new student of yours leslie ...now its been almost 4days since i started your walking session. I go for outdoor walking on few day and few days i walk with you 😁at home. I dont want to lose weight but just wanna decrease my waist length ......so m in to it .....your energy is contagious ....i just love walking with her. .....loads of love ❤❤❤
So i used to walk everyday for at least 30 minutes omw to work, and 1 hour every sunday .. it is hot outside this sunday so i planed a walk at home and i knew this would be amazing, the trainer shines with beautiful spirit vibes the music is good also the information she's giving are really valuable 👍
I wish everyone with bad health conditions start walking and those with overweight instead of just normalising it and being proud of obesity on tiktok and whatnots.

I did this only because walking outdoors these days scare me ☹️ It's like you can't walk alone anymore.
I'm cutting & a slow pace works better for my body compared to hiit. I still do hiit for fun once a week but I do Leslie Sansone's walking workouts 2 days a week along with strength training 4 days a week. Since March I lost about 5-7% of body fat while still maintaining my muscle mass ofc 😁😁😁😁 it works!!!
