    Just wanted to say thank you. My 3 year old autistic son loves, watching/listening to your videos. He uses them along with his mum, who is now using this two times a day to help her look better for her wedding day. As a result he joins in and puts on your videos when he feels the mood grab him. So huge thank you from all of us here

    I am fast approaching my 66th birthday and ten years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. However, I am determined not to give in to this disease and your workouts are helping me enormously, especially when the weather is bad and I can't get out.. After only a few days of doing your exercises, I feel so much fitter and I am losing weight without even trying. Thank you so much Jessica.

      Congratulations. I agree this is one of my favorites too. I just started it two weeks ago and hope for similar results as while not working from home (lucky You) I sit at a computer up to 10 hrs a day.

    I love love love your workouts. I like that you can do two or three in a row for a good long cardio session, or just do one if you're in a hurry.

    Hi Jessica! My therapist encouraged me to try your programs to help me battle depression and anxiety. I have been a faithful follower ever since. I've been working out with you for three months now and have not only made leaps and bounds toward recovering from the depression and anxiety but have lost 20 pounds in the process! I feel like at 49 I'm getting a new lease on life and am looking forward to being fit at 50! Thanks for being so sweet and encouraging. The workouts are fantastic!

    Jessica, thank you with every muscle and fiber of my being. I survived three years of grad school where staying fit took a backseat. Now I am free of school but felt weak , flabby, and tired. Your videos motivated me to get up and move. I feel so much stronger and my mood is lifted. Your videos don't feel like a chore yet the benefits are substantial!!!     This was a really good workout - I have been under the weather the last two days, so I started with Jennifer's 15 minute "when you're sick" workout to get my body moving gently and then I felt well enough to do this one - it's as challenging as you want it to be. I am glad I did it, and feeling better than I was an hour ago. I'll definitely try more of her workouts!

      Sherry, it was so good to read your comment. I also have Fibromyalgia and just wanted you to know you are not alone. It’s so good you are exercising. I just try not to compare myself to anyone who doesn’t have Fibromyalgia, and just focus on doing what I can and doing my best to improve as I go along. Oh, and especially not to get hurt in the process.

    I teach Zumba Friday, Saturday, and Sundays! I find it hard to get anything in during the week. With your videos I get a good workout, easy to fit them in my busy schedule, drenched in sweat, and most of the time can do them before work at 5am. Love the videos!

    I love all of Jessica's workouts. The variety in focus and duration keeps me from getting bored. Since covid-19 I have tried many different people and Jessica is what I keep coming back to. A big plus is seeing Peanut in practically all of the videos. I love her!

    I'm (a young) 53 and diagnosed with MS many years ago. I have balance issues at the moment, so being able to take your "walks" in my kitcken, where I can hold the side for a mo if necessary is brilliant. I totally break a sweat and love every minute. Thanx Jessica and of course Peanut xxx

    LOVE Jessica. I have had 2 major spinal surgeries. I have exercised my entire life since my teens. I notice how I'm bouncing back. Getting stronger each day, the only thing i'm bummed out about is Yoga....I have very limited flexion. Working hard. You are amazing. TY

    great workout, I have seen a series of 15 minute 1 mile low impact workouts but I cannot find them, I like to change up my workouts but only have 15 minutes in the mornings... would love to find that series again.     My husband and i go outside almost everyday for a 2 to 4 mile brisk walk but it has been so hot and humid here in the south, we just havent been able to walk like we want. When it cools down a bit we like to hit the bike trails 2 to 3 days a week for a 10 to 15 mile bike ride but since its too humid for anything outside this video is fantastic for keeping my exercising routines going. Great workout!

    Thank you so much for your workouts! I have set the goal of getting fit by my 57th bday in August and haven't worked out like this in awhile.Thank you for the bite size workouts that can be done alone or back to back.     I just started your workouts last week and I am fully committed. I have had 4 sons and my last two back to back. I cannot lose the belly, thigh, and butt fat.     It seems silly for you to have to keep reminding your viewers to keep their abs engaged...BUT, I was soooo busy focusing on the moves and my posture that I did notice my abs were not being activated! LOL! Thank you for the constant reminders! I sure love this video!!!

    Loved the comment - "You don't have to add all the spices to the soup at one time" in reference to adding all the pieces to certain movements. I love the idea of adding the "Spices/pieces" as I get better and use the videos again and again.

    Hi Jessica. I love these walk and talks! Please keep them coming!
    This walk was about progress and measuring progress. I have been working out for a very long time. I have discovered in my journey that progress presents itself in "baby steps", and in many ways. It may not be very apparent at first, and will show itself in little ways as you mentioned. I experienced getting stronger and being able to do more reps/high weighted reps before I noticed any significant weight loss. I learned from my long journey into fitness, that you have to incorporate fitness into your daily life. Over time you will experience the positive effect of it on you and in your life. I have seen this in not only how it effects me, but also my children. They love to work out with me, and boy do I love that! Through my fitness journey, I have been able to give them a piece of my success. It's such a good feeling to know that I was able to give them a positive outlook on fitness! FYI... my 10 year old son walked your "walk and talks" with me yesterday and today unprompted!!! I love sharing that with him!! Thank you Jessica!!

    Love these quick 1 mile walks! In this one, I really enjoyed the new in-out-leg lift move, especially when adding the arms and squat. Also, I agree this is a great compliment to the 6 Mile Mix. I did the Warm-up, Steady Burn, and Cool Down from that DVD in addition to this one today.

    I appreciate that you dress decently in your workouts. Sometimes as I'm exercising my kids walk in and are shocked to see what some of these women are wearing. It isn't necessary to be mostly naked in order to give us a good workout video.

    I can honestly say this is one of the best walking workouts I've done so far! I been doing this for abt 2 weeks and I can notice a big difference my clothes are more loose also I've lost some thigh fat! I pair this up with power walks or any other one❤️💪😍

    Kicks my butt Everytime!! I've been working out with you for almost two years now and I have gotten stronger physically and mentally thanks to YOU❤️❤️I use this one when I need a HIIT that I can make it through.     I love your workouts but this is my faaav! It targets all the main spots and is short and non-painful, while still leaving me a little sweaty. "that's good, we sparkle!" love it!
