He uses them along with his mum, who is now using this two times a day to help her look better for her wedding day. As a result he joins in and puts on your videos when he feels the mood grab him. I am fast approaching my 66th birthday and ten years ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. However, I am determined not to give in to this disease and your workouts are helping me enormously, especially when the weather is bad and I can't get out.. After only a few days of doing your exercises, I feel so much fitter and I am losing weight without even trying. Thank you so much Jessica.

Hi Jessica! My therapist encouraged me to try your programs to help me battle depression and anxiety. I have been a faithful follower ever since. I've been working out with you for three months now and have not only made leaps and bounds toward recovering from the depression and anxiety but have lost 20 pounds in the process! Congratulations. I agree this is one of my favorites too. I just started it two weeks ago and hope for similar results as while not working from home (lucky You) I sit at a computer up to 10 hrs a day.
My husband and i go outside almost everyday for a 2 to 4 mile brisk walk but it has been so hot and humid here in the south, we just havent been able to walk like we want. When it cools down a bit we like to hit the bike trails 2 to 3 days a week for a 10 to 15 mile bike ride but since its too humid for anything outside this video is fantastic for keeping my exercising routines going. Great workout!

This was a really good workout - I have been under the weather the last two days, so I started with Jennifer's 15 minute "when you're sick" workout to get my body moving gently and then I felt well enough to do this one - it's as challenging as you want it to be. I am glad I did it, and feeling better than I was an hour ago. I'll definitely try more of her workouts!
I teach Zumba Friday, Saturday, and Sundays! I find it hard to get anything in during the week. With your videos I get a good workout, easy to fit them in my busy schedule, drenched in sweat, and most of the time can do them before work at 5am. Love the videos!

Hi Jessica. I love these walk and talks! Please keep them coming! This walk was about progress and measuring progress. I have been working out for a very long time. I have discovered in my journey that progress presents itself in "baby steps", and in many ways. It may not be very apparent at first, and will show itself in little ways as you mentioned. I experienced getting stronger and being able to do more reps/high weighted reps before I noticed any significant weight loss. I learned from my long journey into fitness, that you have to incorporate fitness into your daily life. Over time you will experience the positive effect of it on you and in your life. I have seen this in not only how it effects me, but also my children. They love to work out with me, and boy do I love that! Through my fitness journey, I have been able to give them a piece of my success. It's such a good feeling to know that I was able to give them a positive outlook on fitness! FYI... my 10 year old son walked your "walk and talks" with me yesterday and today unprompted!!! I love sharing that with him!! Thank you Jessica!!

I just started your workouts last week and I am fully committed. I have had 4 sons and my last two back to back. I cannot lose the belly, thigh, and butt fat. I just try not to compare myself to anyone who doesn’t have Fibromyalgia, and just focus on doing what I can and doing my best to improve as I go along. I love your workouts but this is my faaav! It targets all the main spots and is short and non-painful, while still leaving me a little sweaty. "that's good, we sparkle!" love it!

Thank you for offering modifications, I have fibromyalgia and it's difficult to find something that doesn't make my pain worse.
Sherry, it was so good to read your comment. I also have Fibromyalgia and just wanted you to know you are not alone. It’s so good you are exercising. I just try not to compare myself to anyone who doesn’t have Fibromyalgia, and just focus on doing what I can and doing my best to improve as I go along. Oh, and especially not to get hurt in the process.
