I want to Thank you for my health and restoring my faith. I started watching your workout in the end of May till now. I have lost 20 pounds. I had back surgery, pinched nerve in the neck, wrist, elbow and arthritis in knees. Your the only that helped me. I'm currently 220 pounds now and walking around now

My all-time favorite instructor! I was doing all of Jessica’s workouts for about 4 years and I switched over to just walking outside and using a treadmill the last 2 years. I now started Jessica’s workouts again last week. I can already feel a big difference in my energy and strength. So motivating and fun. Always loved my walking DVDs with Jessica, her mom Debbie and friend Beth.

hi Jessica, I normally do a 30 minute workout. I did the 40 minute workout 2 days in a row, and I found out that it is not too hard to do. I'm feeling the results already! My stomach muscles are contracting better with your workout. yea!!!!!!!!!
This is the best workout. I keep coming back to this. It's simple, fun and most importantly effective! The belly, the buns and those thighs!!

This is the first full length work out I've done. I was starting to want to dip out 20 minutes in, but I kept with it and I'm glad I did. Your moves are intentional, but not over exerting, especially with your encouragements to make it our own and keep our own pace. I really think that helps.

Hi Jessica, I recently discovered your videos and love doing them. You explain things well, and the exercises are very doable for this 61 year old body!! Haha! I have always exercised and don't really like the gym atmosphere, so these wonderful videos give me the opportunity to do it at home. In the warmer weather I also do a lot of walking to mix it up some. Thank you for the great job you do and for keeping me motivated :)

I can't believe this video is 5+ years-old, and still works! You know how workout trends and exercises change all the time, and evolve? Apparently, Jessica was ahead of her time five years ago, already. :) This was great, just the right amount of sweating and heart elevation without feeling like I am gonna faint or vomit, and without a routine getting frustrating. Awesome!

It was snowing out today where I live, and too cold to go for a run or a power walk. Did this work-out and loved it! ! Challenging, but not too challenging that you want to quit in the middle of it! As I write, I am dripping with sweat! ! Awesome, comprehensive indoor workout especially on days like this! ! !
Jessica thank you for helping me to keep the promise I made to myself for at least 30 mins of daily activity. I did this video with leg weights on and it was a little challenging but I made it through it. Thanks again kristine

Great work out! I love you dance walks they are the perfect intensity each one I choose its just what I need at the time, fun but still always a little challenging. This is great for if you wish you could do zumba but just aren't coordinated enough! I can do zumba but I have to stop and think about the moves. I love that I can just enjoy working out with you thanks!
Seriously Jessica, you've replaced my physical therapist (you and a few yoga and Pilates instructors on RUclips). Your walking and low impact videos are just what I need to help me recover from this back injury. And it feels so GOOD to be able to work out and move my body, even if it isn't at the higher intensity I'm used to (I'll get back to those HIIT routines in eventually). Thank you so much for all you do!

So I haven’t done this one in years but the title always scared me... I hate plies/lunges so I’ve always been like NOPE!! But I did this one today & LOVED IT! I’m 34 weeks pregnant & this was the perfect intensity for me. I always do all her walking indoor cardio workouts but I am going to start adding this one back into the mix. The only tough part was the very end... because I was DRENCHED in sweat! This was GREAT & so happy I showed up today!!

This is a great workout!! I think what I love most about the Jessica Smith workouts is that I love that Jessica is working out in her home in a very small space. I feel like I have a workout buddy. There's no fancy editing or big studio...makes me feel like Jessica is one of us. Thanks Jessica!!!
I can't believe that I haven't tried this workout yet! My first time doing this and I just loved it! What a great walking/jogging workout, Jessica! The toning at the end was a KILLER especially on the standing leg!
I love this workout because a mix of cardio and toning moves. It is fun and the 40 minutes always fly by and I get lots and lots of steps in too. It is great because we have the option to jog through the walking sections.
I LOVE THIS WORKOUT---I ordered the walking DVD set on Amazon and cannot wait to start using them---one of the only workouts I've seen that has received five stars!! I love her energy and she is not obnoxious---Thank you!
I have your 15 minute walk on videos and am so excited to find a long one with toning added in. Definitely adding this to the mix along with your yoga stretch and 10 pounds down arm (just bought, hope I can do it). Hard to find exercises that don't irritate my sciatic nerve so thank you so much for your low impact workouts!

As a physical therapist, I have to say, she does a great job of providing safe and effective exercises, and she is easy to listen to! As a jogger, I found this one too easy, I had to really jump to get my heart rate up, but the last strength bit was a perfect finish! Thanks!

This is the perfect workout music: it is almost exactly what DJ Armin Van Buuren would mix. Melodic, Trance with heart and soul. I am a new fan of Jessica Smith because of the well thought out work outs that keep it simple. What a great way to include those who otherwise may not be able to do other work outs with higher physical intensity like p90x and insanity. This is music and moves that make the world go round. I finally tried this workout today and loved it. The workout was fun, efficient, and went by fast. The best part is I felt even more energized after it was over! Another great workout!

I been follow your work out to build strong muscle for my both knee. it does help with your work out. It's the explanation of how to work out, for example " When you say Listen to your body and change the weights... accordingly. " and use what works for you.

Did this today and it was so much fun!! I paired it with the 9 min ab circuit since I had to double up on workouts - I took a day off yesterday. I will double up on workouts tomorrow also. Just wanted to say thank you and that you have such a wonderful spirit about you! really awesome workout! i love this workout so much ive been looking for a good workout and everytime after i would workout i would feel really drained and have to take a nap afterwards but honestly after this workout i felt really pumped and felt like i could keep going for another 40 minutes, thank you so much for this and i weigh 207 pounds and im trying to get down to 160. despite my weight i was able to keep up with the workout without taking any breaks. sorry for the lengthy comment, but thanks again. you got a new sub :D

"Walk On: 5 Fat Burning Miles" by Jessica Smith is one of my favorite DVDs. Imagine my pleased surprise to find that I could also find her workouts on the internet. I enjoyed every minute of this one. I added 1# hand weights to increase the challenge & did it barefoot. It is nice to find exercise that is easy on the joints yet still makes one puff a bit. Thank you, Jessica!

I loved, loved, loved this video! I'm almost 50, with bad knees and 100 extra pounds and this gave me a really good workout without hurting or having to modify any moves!

Good to do this again today as one of my Day 24 routines for the @FebruaryFusionChallenge as I don’t own the DVD recommendation today. This is a terrific lighter cardio abs routine and it certainly packs in those steps too.

Oompa loompa step comment cracked me up. I keep saying further along in my pregnancy I do not WANT to look like an oompa loompa lol. Jessica love this perfect light cardio for my second lighter workout of the day. doc said I have to do a light walk or cardio workout at least 20-25 minutes before dinner to help control my blood sugars during pregnancy. This was perfect. Earlier today though I did one of your weight loss circuits :)
Whew! This was super fun, energizing, and a perfect mix of cardio and balancing. I too have issues balancing on my right leg (my years of dance training never fixed that, haha), but I'm getting better at it.
