I've forgotten how much I love this workout, and STILL remember the moves from 3 years ago. I've ballooned in weight since having my first baby. I'm back to 215.00. My goal is 165 by May. Plan to so this 2x a week or 3x. With strength in between non cardio days. And EAT HEALTHIER.

Did this workout yesterday as part of the May Challenge. Thought it would be more dance-y (making me feel uncoordinated), but it wasn't. Got the heart rate up into the zone and I could do it all in my little basement workout space. Love it. Will definitely try this one again. It may move into regular rotation!

Was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, so yesterday was my active rest day. Just took the dog for a walk. Did this today, plus Cardio Abs. Did most of Bootcamp Boogie at the higher impact and Cardio Abs mostly low impact. Whew! Great workouts!

Day 39 of SpringAhead for me but I began with the Day 37 Cardio Bootcamp Boogie as I didn’t get to do this earlier in the week as I got my cardio on that day on a hike. I had forgotten how really good this routine is. Lots of options for different levels of fitness as we progress and get fitter too. This one at only 26 minutes is over so fast too.

I did day one of the Fall Challenge today -- I have not done much exercise at all over the past two months -- so I really do need to try and 'Fall Back in Love with Fitness' -- so thanks for the motivation and inspiration Jessica! Ah! This was brutal! I normally do light cardio on days that I can force myself to do cardio at all, but this was no joke. I was tempted to thumb it down so I wouldn't have to return to it, but I'm going to make it a goal to be able to make it all the way through with no breaks or modifications.

This is indeed an amazing routine and workout. It is such fun and it is over so fast. I have found it to be the perfect partner today for Boogie IT from Walk Strong 3. I was feeling a little low this morning and found it hard to get the energy to move but I did.These two routines got my heart pumping and endorphins flowing and I am feeling on top of the world again. Thanks Jessica for helping me keep the motivation to continue to take care of my body (and mind).

Did this one again this morning as part of Summer Shape Up. I love it because it's intense and long enough to feel really effective but short enough to be bearable. It's one of my go to cardio workouts when I have to pick one on my own. Saturday is T25 rest day so I added Adriene's Power Yoga and today's Foundations of Yoga was Triangle Pose. Tomorrow is stretch day!

Day 1 done. I did this back to back with cardio abs. I was super sweaty! These 2 workouts are always in my rotation. I always love to hear you say; "We are in the home stretch.". It gives me an extra push not to give up.

Even if my November will be very busy (birthdays, a short holiday, a lot of work) and I didn't do any sports for a few weeks I want to try to complete your challenge.
This first workout was a really tough start!! I had to take a little break after the first half of the workout to drink some water and catch some breath - although I did the low impact version most of the time. But it was fun anyway! Day 1 DONE! Proud of myself that I stuck with it and didn't give up, man this excess flesh and weight is zapping my endurance. Had to do low impact and go slow, killing me, back in the day I could of done it but not now. Also exercise induced asthma and not having enough money to keep on filling my inhalers suck. But this is just what I need, finally no longer weighing over 300 and don't want to see that number NO MORE!
This routine was great, a lot of the moves were similar to moves back when I used to take dance (tap, jazz, and hip hop). Loved the chasse move.

My old 57 year old body sure did work up a sweat with this. I'm so glad you include low impact versions to everything you do. It keeps me from getting discouraged until I can work up, hopefully, to the higher impact version. If not, I still get a fantastic workout. Thanks for all your videos. I've been doing them for about 2 weeks. No weight loss yet, but I can feel my body changing and I definitely feel better. At my age, that counts more than anything. Thanks again and I love Peanut.
