THANK YOU!!! I retired from a long professional dance career, quit teaching and had a baby about 4 years ago and my body has totally tightened and fluffed up! My husband tried to get me to do the T25 workout with him and it was just too hard for me at this point. But it was beneficial because I realized that 25 minutes will do the trick and yours was the 1st video i hit! It totally appeals to my dance sensibility while getting the heart rate up without any jarring moves. I will follow you from now on!!!
This is one I come back to all the time. It's my go-to when I can't do jumping or power walking. Presently I have a stress fracture in my foot but still need to get my heart rate up and this is always perfect. Thank you Jessica, I appreciate you ❤

I tried this video today followed by standing abs circuit of your jessica and I felt my core tingling even an hour after the workout. thanks for a great workout session. 90 degrees out, and I just got in from gardening and did this routine! Holy burn! My obliques are nice and worked from yesterday (the kneeling side to side floor touches) and I really felt them working today with this. Love how the tenderness in my abs today, made me feel these simple, fun moves working the core even more!!

I certainly will! I'm a distance runner (instruct new runners to half marathoners after work) so I feel like I always have shoes on. It's nice to get a good workout without them...feels free. lol Keep up the awesome work!

I'd done this one before but not in a while - today it was PERFECT for an active rest day and doubly good because I have a niggling injury I didn't want to aggravate with any rear lunges. And fun! This is the best workout for me. All the low impact flowing, pilates, and yoga mixture really keeps my muscles warm and pliable. I hope you do more of them!!!!

Loved this video!! Dance style workouts are my favorite and I was cruising right along until those plie squats, have a hard enough time doing those static never mind transitioning into another move. Always feel like falling backward! Thank you for all your hard work putting these together!!

I have been working out with you for almost three months now, along with eating right, and I've lost 16 pounds even though I was on vacation in Australia for several of those weeks! Just finished Thursday's workout! I got a great sweat going and I love that it's a fusion of core/lower body toning, low impact cardio, and a bit of fat burning pilates and ballet mixed in! I know exactly what I'm buying with my paycheck today (Total Body Balance)! I already own the Walking for Weight Loss, Wellness and Energy DVD and LOVE IT! This one in particular made me feel more graceful so I'm looking forward to the Cardio Dance Sculpt tomorrow! :)
Loved this one! It is late afternoon after a sedentary afternoon and this got me moving and energised for the evening to come. It is ages since I have done this routine and I am so pleased to have found it again. It is fun and the music and choreography are super.
Hi Jessica! Completed this and lose your love handles. I don't usually work out bare foot, and it really provides a new challenge! Loved both workouts and also did the 10-minute quick cardio again because I thought I needed a little more! Love all your workouts!

Jessica!! I bought a $1 dollar tree Excersize Tv Full body Toning video years ago, and have always turned to that after my cardio for a great workout. I love your attitude and optimism, and am glad to find you on RUclips. I loved most of this workout, being a dancer, but, didn't necessarily feel it in my abs as much as I would have liked. I am dripping sweat, and loved the dance technique elements, though, and can't wait to see your new dvds!! Thanks for helping me live life healthily :) Adriana

i love all the workouts i've done from you. This one I think is my favorite so far!! You have the right music, and fun dance like movements!! And a lot of the videos are kind to my knees...

I absolutely love this workout. When I do it I don't think about how many calories I'm burning or how long it will take to get a six pack. I'm having too much fun to think about that!
