    Hi Jessica, I recently did this long ago workout of yours. It brought back wonderful memories of Peanut and the loving way you cared for her.     I love your low impact barefoot cardio workouts! I don't care for cardio, and these eliminate all excuses. Literally wake up and go, at any time, no disturbing my neighbors.

    Loved this. I really appreciate your giving shoulder modifications.
    I forget I have shoulder issues sometimes and your reminder of modifying for shoulder issues helps me rein it in.

    As a physical therapist, I think that your cueing and technique are excellent. I appreciate your posture cues, particularly with the neck. The scapular stabilization you demonstrate is sound, unlike many online videos. I have referred multiple patients to your channel. As a golfer, I use this particular video as a warm up, because it involves so much rotation and weight shifting. thank you !

    Have I told you lately I love you? If not, I do. Your workouts are always simple and effective. You're my fave! Over the past year, I have lost 33 pounds working out with you. I'm 63 and have never felt better. Thank you for changing my life. Hope there are no horrible typos as I'm writing without my glasses. Lol.

    Day 2 Completed my Rise and Shine this morning, did this Barefoot fusion followed by the floor fusion and mat! I cant wait to see how well this work for my body at the end of 20 days!! Jessica is the BOMB!!

    This is a gentler workout to use at the end of a day when I've worked physically hard (yard/trail work), or in the evening
    after a bike/hike. Just the right pace for after supper. Thanks for posting it.

    Monday...if I kept track correctly, starts the last week of the challenge for me. I had to trade this work out for the one scheduled. Still rather stiff. This work out is much gentler. Thank you Jessica. Peanut, glad you could join us!!!

    I'm really glad I got to do this today. I needed it. I did your stretching work out yesterday. I've been struggling with fibromyalgia these last couple days.Not bed ridden thankfully. This is a good work out for anyone with a chronic condition. Muscle needs oxygen. Thank you Jessica...!

    I have done many of your walking workouts during my third trimester of my 2nd pregnancy and they have kept me feeling great! (I also like your prenatal workouts.) I was able to continue HIIT and running during my 1st and 2nd trimesters but I've had to tone it down a lot and these have been great options, especially on cold winter days. I feel like I'm getting a good cardio session in without overly exerting myself. Thank you!!!

    I’ve been following Jessica now for gosh I think four years. I truly love her high impact 4 limb combo workouts with weights, But it is important to have moderate days especially me being type one diabetic and a single mom, my adrenals tend to get pretty drained. I made the mistake of working out too hard, yes you can actually do that, and I gained weight I didn’t lose weight and I wasn’t over eating. So as a diabetic I have to be careful that I don’t exhaust my body but I get a workout in this really was perfect for my moderate day, because I could feel the muscles working and I did break a sweat and I’m going to work without feeling fatigued.

    Day 2 completed. Today's workout was great after yesterday. I paired it with Kickboxing Ballet which I loved. Can't get enough of those ballet/barre workouts. Thanks Jessica.

    Trying to finish workout, but we are having a storm and internet keeps cutting out. However, just returned from a 3 1/2 mile hike in the mountains with family. Had an awesome day, and this workout, for day 1, was icing on the cake. Thanks Jessica!

    Week4, day5 done!! I love these bare-foot\core walks. I have done other "walking" programs, and they fail in comparison. These are the only programs that really incorperate the abs/core. Hands down, Jessica is the best "walk" leader....loved it!!! :)

    Just completed this. Thought I would gently get myself ready for the 30 day challenge starting on the 1st of November. I haven't exercised for a few months and feel really out of shape. I did enjoy this and will keep preparing myself for the challenge. Really looking forward to it. Thanks for all these workouts. Will be looking to buy your dads.

    Day 2 done. I also walked for 22 minutes (I do this with Sammy the Dog every day) and the 15 minute cardio kickboxing. I really enjoyed the barefoot walk. Looking forward to tomorrow.

    Thank you this video is a god send!!! I have seriously injured my knee and have been unable to workout. Now that ii am able to start my weightloss programme again this workout has really helped as it doesn't upset my knee which is still healing! If you have more videos like this that wildly be awesome! Ps I love peanut frenchies are my favourite dogs

    two days down i', on a roll. just getting back into ex, and was a little sore after yesterday and today was easy movements that didn't make me feel worse. it just loosened up everything that tightened up. Thanks I am really going to enjoy these 20 days!

    I typically do not do any workout barefoot (65 yrs old w/bad arches) but I’m traveling and left my sneakers in the car. Really enjoyed this workout. Great after a day of sitting in the car. Definitely adding this to my list of steady state workouts.

    Day #2: Great Workout!
    Yesterday I wrote 1 page of my internship report (1 page soesn't sound much, but it has to be in french) and I read 40pages in Paper Towns - my book of choice :)

    Loved it!!! It's so hard to find videos that get me right into my cardio sweet spot. There are so many "beginner" videos online that I can technically follow along, but they leave me gasping for air and so dispirited! I'm sure I speak for many when I say that. It's so motivating so find videos that push you just enough without making you feel wheezy or out-of-shape. Thanks Jessica. :)

    I really enjoyed this workout today. Got me sweaty, but I was Super Sore from yard work all weekend. So I did not want anything to intense. This was perfect, nice stretch too. I just love starting my week off with Jessicasmithtv !

    Hi Jessica! I like your workouts, I've added 2 kilos weights (I believe it is about 5 pounds) also I've jogged instead of walking. I loved the circle exercise at the end. Thank you for doing what you do without charging anything! Can wait for your next workouts, especially the ones with your mother as guest.

    Day 2: Barefoot routine was VERY different! I liked it! Glad I vacuumed this morning And that 2-sidestep/twist/push felt like a mini Salsa routine! Seemed easy, but sure do feel it around the middle! THX Jessica! Now off to experiment with dinner … kale & spinach chicken stir-fry. Hope it comes out good!
