This is the best stretching video by far. I’ve tried lots but they’re more like a workout. This one isn’t. I do it regularly because it stretches and relaxes. Jessica’s voice is very relaxing too.
This is by far the best full body stretch video that I have ever done. I try to do it at least once a week. I always feel like a new woman when I am done. Thank you so much, Jessica.

I've been using this video probably 4 times/week for the past 4 months. I've memorized it perfectly at this point but I enjoy having your pacing. I work in a physical environment and have previous injuries. Your video has greatly increased my quality of life.

A group of friends of mine get together to workout via zoom during the week and Friday's are our stretch days. I am so thankful I have your stretching videos. So many of the ones out there are the silent ones with no cueing or modifications. I know I'm late to the game with these videos but great job.

Day 14 done!!!i cant believe we r done with 2 weeks already...it all went by so quickly..this is the first time that I have followed any exercise routine so easily...i want to thank u for bringing in all the variety in the routine...
BC Day 8 - I felt a little of my triceps and my upper abs to be sore during stretching, but it was a very nice calming sunday routine.
A good start into week 2 of the bootcamp and I will see you tomorrow where we will sweat more I suppose to get the energy up for the new week!
This was a much needed workout at the end of a long and stressful work week. This helped take me a more zen place. Thanks again Jessica.

Checking in! Day 14 Completed! This was very nice and relaxing. I did Cardio Abs and Total Body Abs Transformer this morning from your fabulous DVD, watched a movie then I did this workout and enjoyed the stretch! This is such a nice, gentle routine. I'm getting ready to spend about 10 hours on my feet at work, so a thorough yet relaxing stretch like this is greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing these types of videos. Having these validates the idea that not every single day has to be a "challenge" type of workout, but some days we should just show our bodies a little grace.

Day 8-I have been on my feet for about 10 hours today, and I am still sore from the last weeks boot camp, so this stretch routine was perfect for me. I am looking forward to next week.

Love this stretch. I tend to skip a rest day because I enjoy cardio! This forced me to slow down for a day.
Day #14 Already 2 weeks in... today I could not excercise in the morning, so I was glad it was low impact to get me to do it even in the evening, when my motivation is low. I didn't feel sore, but I did a little dance cardio and this workout today, because my body will benefit from it either way.
I wasn't making progress this weekend, because I stayed at a friend's house, but I finished my second leisure book :)
I have done lots and lots of stretching videos. This is probably the absolute best one that I have ever done. Thank you! I'm going through so much pain these days. Hopefully, doing this regularly, will help. I'm already feeling so much better.
#SpringAhead wk3 day 7 - I used this old favourite to relax after a busy and tiring day - directing the worship band at our Easter morning service, followed by a family gathering - both wonderful occasions. Do hope that you have enjoyed your day. On to week 4 in the morning! Thank you Jessica x

Thank you so much for creating this video! It is exactly what I was looking for and I LOVE doing all of these stretches! Scrolling through all of these flexibility videos can be very intimidating when all you see are young girls in tight short shorts and fancy sports bras with their perfect splits and legs behind their head! I teach middle school PE and now that we are distance learning it is very difficult to find appropriate (but not childish) workout videos for flexibility. I am also glad that it's not labeled as yoga since many middle school boys "don't do yoga," as they would say.
So, once again... thank you for creating this video! 😁

Day 14 finished. I thoroughly enjoyed this stretching exercise. I could feel my muscles release all the tension and I think I may have to do this again today to get ready for the final days of the challenge.

well now, that was totally awesome. after all the work outs we've been doing for the challenge, this was just like eat a virtual choclate ice cream come! soothing, relaxing, and giving the muscle some much needed attention. I used this as a refocus thing as well. Day 14 is completed. I didn't do any other work out today. I took today a little slower. Thanks much Miss Jessica. BTW...how are you feeling Jessica? It might be a good idea for you to take a slower day as well!

This was wonderful thanks! I managed to aggravate an old back injury so I'm a couple of days behind so doubled this up with cardio pilates. Was just what I needed

This was a great stretch! I hopscotched through the week's workouts due to time and to accomodate my running schedule, so I plan to go back and get the longer workouts in as time goes on. However, this was perfect after the yoga tone workout and a running day--I'm still sore from the yoga tone two days ago. Thanks for all your great workouts!

I have such a hard time with these slower routines, BUT I know they are good for me. I am one of those ppl that have to do everything fast, so slowing down sometimes is the hardest exercise of them all. :)

I used to be the exact same way Baggio and used to scoff at yoga etc. Then I had a knee injury and was humbled and the physical therapist explained how stretching actually makes you work out better next time you run, lift or do whatever fun activity. I am happy you took time!

Just did this stretch tonight. A couple days behind in the challenge, but I made sure to take the time for myself to stretch and relax after sitting at the hospital all day. My dad's been in the hospital more than he's been out of it in 2014, so trying to stay positive.

I feel great. this is my first time. I'm 65 and am still very active but have lower back soreness if i overextend. I like your excercises because they seem like my speed!
