I have looked for a something like this for years so that after or before a workout you can just move through the motions w/o thinking about it and this one is perfect!! Week 1 finished woot-woot!! Loved this stretch, was able to do all, because it was more in my comfort zone. I will be helping my husband and daughter finish our storage building tomorrow. I guess we can use that as our "active rest" day...:)

That was a nice workout. I will be making up a day I missed this week tomorrow. I usually do your sole sculp, fusion sculp or another weight cardio exercise twice a week since last June. So I really missed the weights this week. I plan on doing *NEW* Metabolic Conditioning since I couldn't workout on Wednesday and Thursday. Can't wait! Thanks Jessica for making my 45 year old body look like I am 25 again!
This id definitely my favourite stretching routine. I love the setting too! My husband does think the 'happy baby' pose is hilarious though! Thanks Jessica - this one is great on the weekend (or any sore day, for that matter!). x

I love this bc its a combo of your cool down and stretch on the cradio disc and the strech on total body cd - I LOVE both of thoses tretches! Now I have a twenty minute one to do! SO excited
I have 2 of Jessica’s DVD’s which I love, particularly Total Body balance but this morning I felt I needed a stretch and relax and being in lockdown have been using You Tube. Wow, found this perfect workout. Then searched for Jessica and found loads more! Have to now go through them all! Want to try them all out.... thank you Jessica. X

Did this yesterday for day 7 and a 12 minute walk workout with a different channel. I like to mix it up, but I mostly stick with you because you are one of the best I've found at versatility and modification if need be. You are so encouraging!
