    This is my FAVORITE STRETCH VIDEO EVER!!! I have looked for a something like this for years so that after or before a workout you can just move through the motions w/o thinking about it and this one is perfect!! Not too long, not too short, and hits all the areas needed!!! THANKS AGAIN JESSICA for your talents & for sharing another fabulous video!!!

    Just finished both workout! Yay! I'm so glad I pushed myself to finish all the workouts this week! The pilates was challenging. The yoga stretches were just what my body needed. I feel great! Looking forward to week 2! Thank you, Jessica!

    Week 1 finished woot-woot!! Loved this stretch, was able to do all, because it was more in my comfort zone. I will be helping my husband and daughter finish our storage building tomorrow. I guess we can use that as our "active rest" day...:)

    I have 2 of Jessica’s DVD’s which I love, particularly Total Body balance but this morning I felt I needed a stretch and relax and being in lockdown have been using You Tube. Wow, found this perfect workout. Then searched for Jessica and found loads more! Have to now go through them all! Want to try them all out.... thank you Jessica. X

    I'm so glad I found this stretching video! Did this right before bed and I feel very refreshed, limber and relaxed. I added this to my favorites to find quickly after my cardio workouts. Thanks Jessica for a great video!

    I love all the stretches in this video. I've been using it after work sitting at my computer for 8-12 hours and it's helping a lot. As a TOTAL NOVICE, I wish it was a little slower with time to rest in each stretch and had more guidance on breathing. I've tried other videos, this the content on this one is still my favorite! Thanks!

    I don't know if I've done this one before, but I loved it and definitely needed it! I chose to do this one instead of the 30 min Stretch, Rest & Relax workout for my Summer Shape Up Challenge, as I didn't have that much time to spare. Glad I still got a workout in! And I feel so much better after this relaxing workout! Thank you so much Jessica!

    That was a nice workout. I will be making up a day I missed this week tomorrow. I usually do your sole sculp, fusion sculp or another weight cardio exercise twice a week since last June. So I really missed the weights this week. I plan on doing *NEW* Metabolic Conditioning since I couldn't workout on Wednesday and Thursday. Can't wait! Thanks Jessica for making my 45 year old body look like I am 25 again!

    Did this yesterday for day 7 and a 12 minute walk workout with a different channel. I like to mix it up, but I mostly stick with you because you are one of the best I've found at versatility and modification if need be. You are so encouraging!

    Great stretch routine....really enjoyed after doing the beginner yoga session as well.....something to keep on my playlist for easy access.....enjoy the rest of the weekend....looking forward to tomorrow!

    I love this bc its a combo of your cool down and stretch on the cradio disc and the strech on total body cd - I LOVE both of thoses tretches! Now I have a twenty minute one to do! SO excited

    Day 21 of #SummerofStrength challenge- complete! This is such a relaxing exercise and the scenery is so beautiful. I feel so much more relaxed and ready to start my day... Jessica you've got me feeling like I could conquer even the toughest challenge with how at ease I feel right now :)

    LOVE this stretch routine. Done for Sunday, Jan. 11th. Now to get ready to go tubing with the littles for a few hours. That should count as my 30min of Active rest day activity! :) Thanks, great first week!!

    I did this one last night and I think I will do it often at night before I end the day because I feel this stretch targets all areas of the body and it feels good.

    I tried this video today (3rd day of my "REST" week), I find I really like those videos filmed outside, even when the sun doesn't shine. I feel like I'm right there with you, I can imagine I'm on the beach, smelling the ocean, feeling the wind... I also prefer when you're instructing while doing the stretch yourself, it's easier to follow. In this video I'd find myself catching up or rushing to do the stretch, so it wasn't as relaxing as other videos you've done since. As always, thanks for all your work.

    Week 1 #FITIN15 done! I did AM Energizing Flow first and followed it up with this stretch. What a great way to finish the week! I'm traveling to visit my parents today but I will continue the challenge there this coming week. Have a relaxing Sunday and I'll see you tomorrow!

    I almost didn't do anything today because I felt so sore and a little in pain but made myself do this in the morning and the Walk On: 21 Stride, Stretch and Relax in the afternoon and I'm extremely glad I did, especially my afternoon stretch...it really did the trick and I feel amazing now! Love, love, LOVE the new DVD!! Especially the Stride, Stretch and Relax (sorry, can't stress that enough...hehehe!) On behalf of my whole body, mind and spirit...thank, you Jessica! What a wonderful end to an amazing week. Bring on Week 2! :D

    Workout 2 of day 6 done. Let me tell you it was the first time I did a stretching workout and truly enjoyed it. I didn't look at the clock not even once :). And now I feel stretched and relaxed.
