  • Join me (and Peanut!) for this gentle, full length, 15-minute post workout stretch that you can do in a small space using just a mat. This total body flexibility session helps stretch out tightness in the neck, shoulders, back, chest, abdominals, hips, glutes, calves, thighs and more.

    This stretch is what I do after each workout! It makes me feel amazing!! It is so wonderful to end my exercise session feeling so relaxed and recovered

    Love doing the ankle-over-knee sitting stretch at the end! I did this one today after a short but taxing weight workout, felt nice. I liked that I could just linger in the psoes.

    Thankyou Jessica, I wish my little dog was as relaxed as Peanut during the stretch, my little girl though it was play time when I was on the floor with her, she likes to try and give kisses to the face as well blah lol.

    I did this today after jog/walking on the treadmill, it was so nice to slow down and stretch and just recover with this. Love it , it will definitely e a go to routine for me

    the background music was a bit loud. Love it tho, felt good. Been back with you a week and already I feel my core tightening up. I was going to my boxing gym (not kickboxing) boxing, and couldn't afford it anymore so you are back to being my main workout. Its hot here in AZ so need to do something inside. Wish I could get my dog to do it with me. Thanks lots

    I was to sore for my planned workout, this one really helped. However my cat was taking my mat as his playground. It's difficult to stay concentrated when he keeps trying to catch the lose Strings of my joggingpants when I'm on all fours or even in child's pose. I would want him more to be like peanut sometimes🐱

    Liked all of it except that final deep squat--no way can my knees do that! Enjoyed the on-your-belly quad stretch, though I hold my heel--not the top of the foot--to lessen pressure on knee by not forcing it into an extreme acute angle

    Hi Jessica, love your videos I work out with you every day. Can you do a video on helping women get smaller breasts? I know you can't spot reduce and I know it may sound like a strange request, but for women like me who are the right weight but seem to have really large breasts, it not only looks bad, but they can really get in the way. Any tips would be great to help with this.
