This was my walk for this morning I really enjoy your walk n talks I have been doing them for at least 8 years this last year has been hard I have been struggling ever sense I was in the car accident I fractured my middle finger on my left hand so I wasn’t able to workout or go to work so it put me in a bad depression so here I am almost a year later and I am still trying to stay consistent with my workouts I feel like I am going through menopause so I am starting with your walk n talks again I hope this will get me motivated to continue working on myself thank you for being my biggest motivation I wouldn’t have gotten through a lot of these workouts without your help thanks for walking with me this morning have a great Wednesday 😀
I was actually going to take today off from working out, but decided to squeeze this in between other activities instead - a perfect walk for a busy day. Thank you!
This was a great recovery day workout for me. I am so glad it pop up on my feed because it not only was a quick low impact way to move my body, but Jessica you were saying exactly what I have been saying to myself. Just make one small change and be consistent with it everyday, and that change was just to move my body at least 10 to 15 minutes a day everyday. I wasn't feeling like much and this video helped reminded me it is possible to remain consistent and it moving my body could be just taking a stroll in my house on a cold winter day. I not only kept my promise to myself, but found a great person to workout with 💜

During the holiday rush, this is a good one to help me feel like I’ve done something and get my head in the right place. Some days there just isn’t time or energy for an extended exercise session, but this one is short and sweet. 👍🏼

I love your walk and talk videos! This one is nice because of the setting. You are outside with all the trees and flowers. Very nice. I can tell that you live in the south with all the spanish moss in the trees! Good video.
Really good one to do at end of harder workout. Gets my heart rate back to normal. I’m waiting for new dvds to come out. I don’t do digital, I use U tube but like cardio dvds. I have all the old ones.

I’m recovering from two foot surgeries, I’m struggling to find ways I can workout since not cleared for my 10k step or anything weight bearing. Did u do bicycles for the full 15 mins?
Great advice. Doing micro walking workouts throughout the day has definitely helped me to be consistent rather than doing one long one and this compliments this approach perfectly☺. Thank you Jessica ☺

I remember how you have said in the past "progress, not perfection," and I think this is another way of saying that. And if you can't do 15 or 20 minutes, do 10 because 10 is better than zero. This is also a perfect walk for when I need something that is fairly simple and not too strenuous.
Thank you for the new walking workout! I've been working out with you for 5 or 6 years and really appreciate your low-key but positive approach, and the variety in the workouts you program. A thought: have you considered developing some workouts and/or adaptations of standard moves for people with osteopenia/osteoporosis? This may be a concern for anyone over 50 (if that's part of your demographic) and requires modification to a number of standard moves that involve forward flexion, twisting moves and side bends, etc. Thanks so much for what you do.
