Note to self from younger self. Have more fun. Dance , play and be creative. I looooooooooove your walk and talk. More, More, More. Please! So relaxed , gained knowledge and I felt the connection to have fun while moving. I was dancing, while you were talking. Loved it!
Hi, happy Wednesday, Jessica and everyone here!😊 So happy you are back, Jessica!❤ I would tell my younger self to not worry so much for the future, especially when it comes to finding the right career. These past years , I have no regrets to changing to new beginnings when it came to my career studies. It takes courage, but listening to my gut intuition lead me to having peace today. I'll continue to keep searching and hope anyone who would like to please pray for me.💛 God bless and hope everyone has a great rest of the week!🙂
I have tried some channels with workouts on RUclips but Jessica is the best for some reason. It might be charisma or special vibes or some other positive energy...but she is really very natural and inspiring and calming and motivating. Greetings from Russia.
I love this! Golly there’s so much to share but I think it all boils down to time. Give time the time it needs to work its magic✨ Where you are is exactly where you are supposed to be. But not where you will be😉 Thank you Jessica for being you and inspiring us all💖
Great tips. My addition: If your goals get sidetracked or interrupted, which they will- vacation, sickness, weather changes, whatever- step back, take a breath, regroup, start back up. Don't beat yourself up or give up, just start again.. .🎉
Thanks so much for walking and talking with me today everybody! Loving all of your fantastic words of wisdom - please keep sharing and posting your advice, you never know who you may be inspiring and helping. Here's to many more decades of health, vitality and forward movement!
Yay, Jessica!! ❤ I've been doing your workouts every week, I'm trying to do these whenever I can't or want to go to the gym. Your videos help me so much. 30's are coming up and I want to stay in shape for the rest of my life. 🎉
Thanks for the new workout! One thing I would tell myself and younger people is that whether you are lifting weights or lifting boxes, to learn proper form! So many injuries could be avoided.
Celebrate your friends as they reach their fitness/health goals! I have a friend with health issues who is doing the hard work to prep for knee replacement surgery. I feel such joy when she shares her milestones on her health journey and that encourages me to do my own work.
So good to spend time with you Jessica!! My note to everyone in their 40s to watch the hidden dangers of high blood pressure and sleep apnea. Sleep apnea and high blood pressure can get us women not just men. Sleep apnea can lead to high blood pressure which can damage your kidneys and you don't know how important those kidneys are until they're damaged. ❤ Ladies in your forties keep a close eye on your blood pressure numbers, it is important. You can exercise all you want and eat right and it can still catch up with you. Don't ignore it and talk to your dentist or doctor about sleep apnea because it's real. I love your walk and talks Jessica they are very motivating and make me think.
This was a new walk n talk for this morning I was so excited I love seeing new workouts from you it’s just the little things that get me excited I would say that my advice to my 20 year old self would be you need to slow down, drink more water, and learn more about fitness and nutrition and also don’t stress so much I was so clueless back then and now I am paying for it I am now 43 and I am not healthy my body is sore I fell like I have arthritis all over my body I did find out that I have arthritis in my neck after all the test I have been through but that doesn’t change the fact that after all these years I truly didn’t know anything I need to learn how to manage stress because that is why my body is so broke down thanks for this walk it was something that I needed to hear I hope from this day forward I can just continue to build myself up again and hopefully get to a point that I can enjoy life again thanks for waking with me this morning Jessica have a great Tuesday 😀
Thank you SO much for this video! I _am_ rebooting my health program as i recover from a year of medical treatments and personal loss 💜❤💜 I’m wanting to love working out again, and i always enjoy your videos, Jessica, and have for years! Today I’m grateful for your virtual support and all of the positivity from this community!!
Great advice on this video, thanks for sharing it with us Jessica! I would tell my younger self that you are not always being able to control what happens when aging, but stick to the basics like regular exercise, good sleep and good calories and it will help!!
Thank you for always being here. I’ve done for workouts for many years. This summer I suffered with lower back and spine injuries and had trouble working out. I was doing my PT stretches only, and missed my cardio workouts. I discovered that I could use my elliptical without too much pain so I did that daily for awhile. My pain finally decreased, and I started doing laps around my yard. Started with two laps two weeks ago, I’m now up to ten and added very short walks up and down my hill along with the PT. Today I finally got back to cardio! Your Walk n Talks are for working for me until I can get back to more of a cardio workout. My entire body thanks you.
Jessica, thank you for this new video! A note to my younger self: exercise to be strong and healthy, don't worry so much about how you look. There's no need to do hours of exercise every day. An hour five or six days a week, done consistently, is easier to maintain and will bring results. Balance cardio, weight training and flexibility. If you don't enjoy your workout switch it up so you're challenged but not suffering. If you're doing exercise you enjoy you will continue into your 60s and beyond. I'm 65 now. God bless you, your family and your fans!
I would tell my younger self to accept my body. I have spent most of my 59 years treating my body like my sworn enemy. I adopted so many eating disorder behaviors and did wild weight cycling. I’m recovering from a second foot surgery and have been in eating disorder recovery. It’s a struggle but I’m trying to be friends with my body. This includes gentle workouts that I can actually do and following the principles of intuitive eating.
Hi, Jessica! Glad to see you back! Missed your advices and tips! I would like you to post more inspiring workouts, cardio and strength combined which helped me a lot in these 11 years since I’ve been following you! Congratulations for your achievements and do not forget about your subscribers and followers on your channel!
I would say to my younger self - DON'T skimp on exercise, even if it's just walking. There was a time in my 30's and 40's where I was in really good shape. Now that I'm 57 and status post lumbar spinal fusion, I wish I had been in better shape before my surgery. I just feel that if we are stronger before ANY surgery, recovery is better, quicker and easier.
To my younger self, I would say, avoid alcohol! It ended up being so bad for me. Also, don't be so busy! And don't be afraid to stand up for yourself and ask for help. Thank you so much for a new walk and talk!
I have been using your workouts for, I think, five years now. I love them and you. Recently I see that the workouts (the older ones anyway) are suddenly interrupted by ads that can run 45 seconds! And they can’t be skipped! It stops me in my tracks and I try to figure out how to fill the time. Yesterday I just did some bicep curls, but the interruptions come right in the middle of a set. Kind of frustrating and wonder if, as time goes on, these ads might become shorter ones that you can skip after five seconds? Look forward to more new videos!
Younger Self, take good care of your teeth (repairs get expensive), and wear sunscreen (scars on face and chest will be seen every day). Also, that 60 minutes of exercise a day does not have to be in one session! Four 15-minute walks are doable. Even 6 10-minute walks will improve your ability to write that report! Take care of your body and your mind will follow.
Wow! So nice to see you again. You (and Peanut 😥) helped me get through lockdown and kick started me back into long distance hiking.
Thank you.

Hey Jessica ‼️❤️‼️❤️
Avoid sugar and simple carbs. Losing 2 pounds per month is still something
That's what i would tell Little Cara.
