I'm sometimes bored with long slow stretches and yoga etc but I know how important they are especially to retain flexibility in old age. I love this new one. Too short to get bored and simple but effective moves. Thanks once again Jessica.
Love this easy stretch. I've been doing it after my daily walk and 7 minute standing workout (NYTimes). I agree with a previous commenter: you and Peanut rock! Peanut has the right attitude (dogs are the best) and always puts a smile on my face. I love your voice. I look forward to checking out some of your other routines.

Just started to work on losing the covid 15 and found this video. I have a knee that needs to be replaced so some of the leg stretches were extra hard but I feel good! Off topic... Peanut cracks me up! My pup is always moving!

This one is short at only 10 minutes but really has done the trick for me this evening. I am so enjoying this new Healthy for the Holidays Challenge. So good to be encouraged to do Strength Training and Stretching on alternate days.

Jessica, Thank you so much for what you do. I'm a 45 year old single mom of a six year old boy which I support by myself and also homeschool. it's hard to make me time and I can't afford a gym. I found your channel and workouts quite awhile back and I can't express enough what you've done for me. I recently ran across your HIIT for beginners and am in love! I can't do burpees afraid I'll throw my back out but am fairly fit. I did the HIIT at full intensity and sweated and felt amazing! wish you'd do a few more of those. Thank you (and peanut) for helping me be a fit 45 year old mom! :-)

So good. I'm a massage therapist and had a REALLY busy week. I usually work out Saturday afternoons after work but I'm too wiped and felt like just a good stretch and rest day and this popped up. So happy.
I am coming down with a cold and didn't want to push too hard, but still wanted to do some form of exercise. I did the 2018 Walk and Talk 1-mile Healthy Holidays Challenge and then this 10 minute stretch. I feel good, but not like I did too much. Thanks for all you do Jessica!
Great instructions, and I did feel great afterwards! Peanut's total relaxation really helped set the tone for this, haha! 🐾 Sometimes I find exercise without music boring and hard to focus on, but you kept me engaged with just enough important, calm instructions. And thank you for mentioning we shouldn't stretch too much before a workout--I didn't know that! I'm grateful our knowledge about effective exercise is constantly advancing. 😊

Jessica, I love this stretching routine. As I began tonight, I thought of my mom who died in Dec. I saved this routine on her computer for her about a year ago and was really surprised when she told me that, at 74 and not really into working out but very active, she was able to do it all! She held on to something while placing her foot on her knee, but she did it. Thanks for these workouts that we can share with family, even our moms!

I´m getting into this routine mixed with your programs of course. I found a few pilates workouts in your channel and you are really great at this routine too like everyone you do, but you don´t have many of these. Please make some, like cardio, legs, booty, arms with and without weights and abs of course. thank you for this awesome stretch one, I love to stretch daily with all your workouts ;-)
