I am so glad you've thought of doing all these standing exercises that can be done in a small space, quietly and without a mat. Sometimes people don't have enough space for jumping around, or have neighbours below, or are somewhere with a hard/dirty floor that they can't workout on. Thank God someone has though of catering for people in dorms/hotels/studio apartments who are limited but still want to workout. Thank you!!

I just finished doing this stretch, and I LOVE it! My body feels so relaxed and calm and stress-free. Next time, I'm going to follow Peanut, lol.

Perfect. I'm 5 months post partum my 3rd c section nursing mom! This was gentle enough not to hurt but effective enough to loosen tight muscles! Feeling nicely open!

this was perfect !!! i’ve been in the hospital with my husband for a week , and i needed to stretch without being on the floor - sleeping in the hospital recliner is doing a number on my body and this helped a lot ... now i want one a little bit longer , i liked the peace it brought and my quiet time while i snuck off to the restroom to do this video 🤫.

This was so relaxing and felt great. I clean houses & businesses 5 1/2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I think I'll try adding this in every evening. I wake up a bit stiff and sore, maybe this will help alleviate that!

I have most of your DVD's which I love but it is also fun to mix up some of your u tube workouts into my routines to add some extra spice. I use to go to the gym to do my workouts but ever since covid I have decided I enjoy working out at home and it saves time I don't have to drive anywhere, more time to spend with my family and animals.

Great quick stretch that can be done anytime, anywhere by anyone because it is all standing, even using a chair for all ages and it is short enough, but it hits all major muscles of the body. It felt wonderful and the music is so relaxing! Thanks Jessica!
