Bonus: Jessica is actually pleasant to listen to, unlike those workout gurus who sound like drill sergeants, only not as good-natured.

    You're amazing. I think the dislike are those who couldn't bend. LOL.. FYI to the viewers. Bending is very healthy. Not only to your bones but study shows, it promotes long life...
    Best work out ever for me because it is really healthy beyond shape plus so much fun.

    I did this workout this morning along with 13 Minute Cardio and Abs workout, Dance Walk Disco Mix and a 1/2 hour of shoveling snow. My arms are like rubber. Had a good sweat session with all of this! Have a great day everyone!

    I did Concentrated Abs from Jessica's Cardio Abs workout. It is really good and doesn't just work the abs. I'm feeling it in my legs and arms too. I also did yoga.

    Day 26 done! I also did 6-minute Abs and the Flat Abs Walk. I love focusing on a particular body part and this was perfect after my indulgences yesterday. I probably should have repeated yesterday's cardio session as well! Anyway, I'm earing more sensibly today even though we're still visiting family.

    Followed up my hourglass work out with your seven minutes standing at love love! It's slow and very methodical in attacking visible ab areas and if you tighten your abs the entire time which I'm hoping everybody does LOL you really feel it. Thanks Jessica!

    Thank you for the exercises! You are a lovely person! Just one question: why do all instructors use that kind of music? Personally, it makes me feel stressed and I find it boring. I always lower the volume.

      Unfortunately due to music copyrights and licensing we're limited to our music selections here on RUclips and on DVD Sandra. I use a wider variety of tunes in my live classes because I have permission to do so. Hope that helps clarify!

    Is it possible to lose fat faster if you do this exercise about two or three times a day with about 5 minute break after each one?

      This workout isn't intended to burn fat, it's intended to build core strength. Cardio will burn fat.

      nicholas pootlass I also felt it in my lower back and quads your doing it right you just have to realize that your using other muscle groups to assist with the moves, but six pack here we come. Hope this helped
