Today's exercise is a nice Standing Muffin Top Workout .
⠀
➡️ This workout is going to help target those problem areas right in the lower abdominal section, to help get rid of some of that unwanted fat in that area.
⠀⠀⠀
This workout is great to help you target those lower lug handles that we all hate, and are dying to get rid of.
⠀⠀⠀
It's perfect because it's a quick and effective way to get results.
⠀⠀⠀
⏱ It only takes 8 minutes so if you’re in a rush, and need to get a workout in than this is perfect!

I've been doing this workout every day, 6 days a week, in conjunction with a couple of other workouts, for about 2 months now. Let me tell you I'm stoked! I've lost about 4 inches and my muffin top is now a cupcake! Ha ha🤓 Meredith, Grace and Svelte are just awesome. Thanks for helping me feel fantastic!

Thanks Mere for these standing ones. I hurt my knees so doing floor exercises are a challenge. I really love these. However, I had lost 3kg since but seem to have hit a plateau. Even though inches around my waist is still dropping. Any advise for me?

I am 69 years old and in pretty good shape exercising, including walking/weights/stretching, five days a week. For the last month, I've been doing Meredith's muffin top workout three days a week. When I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in a month, I was greeted with a three pound weigh loss!! What a nice bonus! Thank you so much.

My first workout was today and also the first time I've been able to feel my abs since 2014 after hysterectomy.
I'm 55 now with severe TBI. After the hysterectomy my muffin grew. I just started working out again after I got rid of a doctor who wouldn't, or couldn't, consider my TBI and misdiagnosed me with seziures. The meds made me so fatigued, all I did was sleep for three years. Call me Rip Van Winklette 😂
I started 2 weeks ago doing floor exercises and it was killing me. I found Meredith's stretching first time this morning, then the ab workout! Thank goodness! 🎉
I'm excited that I have hope to feel physically well again. (I have some muscle spasticity in my back and this didn't hurt it)
Love how the instructor explains what to do, how to do it, and why each move is effective in targeting certain areas. I’m so tired of the random people on RUclips just doing exercises and not telling us the correct way (how) or why it’s effective. Kudos to you!

I've tried lots of exercises that kind of work but in just days I saw results from this. I feel like I've gone back in time 10 years. Thanks for this. I've been working out to lose the Corona 30 since 1/11/21. I've lost close to 30 lbs so far. I started with 30 days of walking, then I added a 30 day challenge. I switched my challenge at 30 days so this workout would be a wonderful add to my current routine. Btw, I also changed my diet. I'm looking and feeling great. I posted all of this to encourage someone.

I am 71 and had 7 compression fractures a year and a half ago due to osteoporosis. I have been on OP meds since then, and have not fractured since. I need to strengthen my core and back muscles to help prevent future fractures. Would you recommend this workout for me?
I started today with arms and thighs and tomorrow I intend to add this and another from your list. Thank you for sharing all of these! I don't do floor exercises because to be honest it hurts my body. I've got metal in my back so once that hurts I'm done but if I can prevent that I can carry on so on my feet wins the prize! You look fantastic! ✌️

I love these exercises, they are perfect for me. I'm not able to do a lot of the floor exercises because of a nerve problem in my shoulder and neck but I'm fine doing standing exercises. Thanks so much for this Meredith.

Hi Meredith! I discovered you on IG and came here to check out your videos! Been doing the standing muffin top workout and it makes me so very happy! I'm sixty years old and have increased belly fat over the last 15 years or so, and this is definitely helping! Love these short workouts! I've been in pretty good shape for most of my adult life, but could never get through those crazy 1.5 hour aerobic workouts back in the day! It made me feel so crazy! Love these short workouts---it's helped me re-frame my thought process on working out for this stage of my life! Will start incorporating more of these! Thanks so much!

I added 2-pound hand weights after doing this great workout regularly for several months, and it’s a nice way to get some extra arm toning.

Hey Meredith, i had gotten your program a little while ago, loved it, saw results. But then i was diagnosed with breast cancer, and my menopause became worse as i had to stop using my hormone meds. It has been a journey, i have done surgery, chemo and i am almost done radiation therapy, i have gained my weight back, I’m weak, fatigued but eager to do something fitness. Can you help?

Will these exercises work for post pregnancy belly fat? I have severe muscle separation and quite a fat belly from from last baby who is now 8mths old. I know you have to be careful what exercises to do if you have muscle seperation.

You mentioned about the hips popping during the one exercise. My left hip pops or cracks, tho my right one is fine. Is this from the hip joints being stiff? Or from something being out of alignment? I know my chiropractor adjusts my hips when I do my routine checkup with her every other month.
I recommend you consult your doctor and ask them about it😊

Thanks for the great workout. I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing some exercises, I can do all of these exercises without hurting my shoulder. Makes me feel better that I can do some exercises to get/stay in shape.

If I may make a suggestion. I get that you do lots of videos and want to maximize efficiency, but using the first round exactly for the second round feels odd. Maybe on the second round you can just do music so that it feels new and people can just focus on the exercise. The first round comes with idle chit chat and hearing it twice is strange. I love your videos and please don’t take this the wrong way. It’s just a suggestion/feedback ✌️

I've had total hip surgery in September and honestly I've been pretty in-active for a few years building up to this happening due to so much pain . I've just turned 60 and feel like I've lost myself .... I've gained too much weight with sitting and allowing things to heal and I beat myself up but I know I have to realise I just had major surgery .
I REALLY want my sexy feeling and looking self back !!!! Are your workouts safe for someone like me who's still going through some things ; mainly my i-T band that runs from your buttocks down side of quad is sooooo tight and were trying to get it loosened up .
1st time trying it .. let you know how I'm doing a week from now!

How many days in a week I can do?
Great question! First of all, remember CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week - working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. It’s important to exercise different parts of your body! I recommend alternating between days & sections of your body. For example, one day focus on upper body (arms, back, chest), another day focus on lower body (legs, glutes), then another day you can focus on your core or cardio! If you want to target a specific area such as knee fat, love handles, bat wings, etc… you can always add a quick body specific exercise at the end of any workout as a finisher! We have them ALL here on our channel. Just do a quick word search for what you’re looking for. Hope this helps💜

Great easy workout to do first thing in the morning as well as on breaks at work. My mom is slightly disabled can't get up and down from the floor. She to whole challenging found this doable for her. Thank you for helping two lady's out 😁

Good morning from the UK. I came across your workout this morning. Lying in bed redting after a car crash a week ago. I am gutted that I can't do my usual 3 day cardio and one day body pump sessions at rhe gym due to stitches to my hand and a distral radius fracture 😢😢 its thrown my whole gym routine out Which I've been doing since November and just when i started to see results this happened.
I am hoping to try and do this but try and keep my left hand and arm as wtill as positive 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Good morning from across the pond! I'm truly sorry to hear about your car accident and the injuries you've sustained. It must be incredibly frustrating to have your gym routine disrupted just when you were starting to see results. It's great that you're still determined to stay active despite your injuries. ♥ I always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. These include a step jack, avoiding a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! Sending you healing vibes and wishing you a speedy recovery! 🌟💪

How many the times a week you need to do this workout to see results?
This is a exercise can definitely help you get results. However its the diet at the end f the day that's really going to show that difference. With this routine 2-3x / week, regular activity and a health diet. You will be seeing results in weeks !!
