Hi Meredith, this was easy! I did this video 2 times, the second time i did it with 1 kg weight on my arms and still it was easy for me. My arms are very strong from my work as a farrier . I love your video's, i train 2 times a week with you to train ather muscles than i use for my work as a farrier and my body feels match better now . Me 56 years young working 35 years as a farrier. Wow great fast arm burn. I’m use to workout with dumbells. But this morning I didn’t have enough time for a longer workout. I noticed this one and I gave it a try and I like it.😅

Thank You! I am learning over the past week how to breath into the area I am Struggling with sqeezed with all my might! Sounds simple but so easy to loose focus in area as you move thur the work out! Your Team has taught me to move more with Intention, Breathing gives your muscles more energy to keep going and Shoulders Away from Ears is important and helps so much! ❤

I love these arm exercises, but I'm getting neck pain. Any modifications?
Hi there! 🙂 I always recommend that you consult your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. Modifications include a step jack, not doing a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! ❤️

Hi @lcf3789! This arm workout is great for toning, but using dumbbells can give you extra resistance and help you see better results. Mixing both could be the way to go! 😉👍
A couple of questions: Will this help with upper arm flab for someone who is 60 years old? Will the skin shrink back to size? And, how many times a week can I do this? Thank you! I have your once and done workout :)
Great question! This workout is designed to help reduce flabby arms for everyone at all ages! Regarding frequency, you can do this workout 2-3 times a week with rest days in between. You got this! 💪❤️
