    My daughters (7, 4, & 3) said they wanted to exercise this morning, & I turned on a kiddy one, & they said “we want to do one of YOUR GIRL’S WORKOUTS!” & I instantly knew they meant you 😂🥰 so I pulled up this one knowing it wasn’t too long & had mods. They did the whole 10 mins! I told my oldest I’ve been working out “with you” for 7 years! Your content is just as great now as it has been all these years. Thank you for helping me get my kids excited about moving!

    Hi Jessica. While I'm not in the least athletic, or even well-coordinated, I've always walked regularly (I'm British, we walk). Now I'm 75 and in good health, but live in Maine so winter walking can be a problem. A couple of winters ago I didn't walk very much at all, and at my annual check-up my blood pressure and blood sugar were not great. I've never had problems like that before and I think the regular walking has been the key. These short walking videos have been a godsend this winter - my blood pressure and cholesterol count have been back to normal and my blood sugar has dropped significantly. Thanks Jessica for helping an older lady to continue to enjoy life.

    Peanut showed us what tenacity is all about. She spent a good part of this workout trying to get her bone out of the floor groove of the sliding glass door and she finally got it!! Yay Peanut! BTW I love the workout. I did it as an add-on to your 34-minute total body walking workout using weights. Loved that one, too. Jessica, you and Peanut make a great team - the best!

    It's 100+ degrees @ 10:30 am here in So Cali and there is no way I'm walking to the park. I found this instead and I LOVE it. It's easy enough for me to do, but I still get my steps in. I have 2 kids under 3 and it's also short enough for me to do while they play. Thank you so much for making this do-able for anyone!

    Hi Jessica I've been working out to about 12 of your videos for the last 9 weeks. I've lost 5 kilos, several inches and have toned up completely. I'm back to a comfortable size 8 and have gained muscle definition. I do your workouts 7 day's a week for up to 2 hours and love every minute of it. You are an amazing PT and love your personality.     Hi Jessica, so glad I re-discovered you! Never stopped working out but did quit your workouts for a while. It's good to be back. Through te week I walk, take tons of stairs, do taichi and chikung, workout with weights and your videos. I'm 61 and feel great. Thank you for everything you do.

    Day 19: feeling so strong! I followed this up with the standing barre routine. Just didn't feel like enough. Say what?! My endurance has increased so much since I started your workouts in October. Noticed yesterday that my arms have gone down in circumference and that my booty looks the best it ever has. So proud of myself! If I can get off the couch, put down my book, and work out, anyone can!!

    Hi Jessica! How funny that Peanut lost her chew for about 3.5 minutes in the door frame and spent this time trying to get it out! She's persistent!! I was expecting you to notice and reach down for her but you kept us all going!! Love it! :)

    I keep coming back to this wonderful quick 1 mile walk. It's great on it's own or as an add on. I paired it today with your 1 mile belly, buns and thighs walk and your 10 Min toning walk 2 with the band for a full body cardio and toning day! Thanks, Jessica!

    I know that I have already commented on one of your videos but I cannot tell you how much I love these quick workouts. I have 2 young children and a 6 month old baby and these workouts are perfect for nap time. I get a little workout without taking up much of my "free-time." I'm also not in the financial position to have a gym membership nor can I justify the time sacrifice away from my family. Doing these short workouts has really helped improve my mood too.     Great exercise video Jessica!!!!! Especially now during COVID-19 and with the stay at home order, your exercise videos help me to stay in shape. It's great to be able to exercise in your own home without paying a gym. Saves you money and time from going to the gym. I like power walk exercises, I burn more fat.     Working out with Jessica for 3 weeks now, I can see the tiny changes in my body. I am 50 years old and feel wonderful after these quickie workouts. I have so much energy throughout my day.     Had a slight falling out with working out. Decided to get back on Jessica Smith TV schedule, did this today and wow. Even though it is 12 min I gave it my all. I saw the video about it doesn't matter how long you workout, but if you give it your all or just half the effort. I can say I did this with full effort and I am sweating even after the 12 min! Thank you so much for this!

    Feeling schlubby (technical term), felt like skipping my morning workout, so procrastinated as long as possible until it was lunchtime & I did this workout. Prior, I planned on sitting in front of computer watching Netflix all day, eating who knows what; after, I fixed a salad, cut up some oranges & tons of bananas to freeze for smoothies & am TOTALLY energized....in just 12 minutes!!!

    Good morning...A co-worker of mine suggested I start doing a short walking routine before work in the morning because with a desk job it's very very difficult to NOT reach 10,000 step a day. So thank you, because your short, awesome video bumped me another 1350 steps :) I plan on doing this at lunch too!! Have a great day

    Love it. I get nicely warmed up in 12 minutes, and get some steps, in first thing in the morning. Because of a hamstring injury, I'm really achy and stiff when I first wake up, and this workout helps me get past it FAST.

    I actually qualified as a personal trainer when I was 19. I wasn't particularly fit at the time, I did because I thought it would help me be more healthy myself. Anyway, I remember how much the ETM used to help me build my coordination and balance so this video is great. I went off to university and forgot all about my personal training so I'm trying to get back into it using videos like this. You've no idea how much it helps! Thanks so much!

    Jessica, thank you so much for your videos! They are so "do-able!" I'm a teacher and so I work through my lunches preparing for the afternoon. We have a track at our school but I just can't afford to the time to get out there, walk and get back to my room. But heck, I can do 12 minutes with you (and Peanut!). So that's my plan for the new school year that is just about to start--working out with you at lunch 3 days a week. Thanks again!

    For those of you that are just starting, this workout is perfect and easy to follow. If you're uncoordinated like me, easy to add another move. You don't have to stop because you can't keep-up or messed-up a move. I'm very glad I found this one and, do it three times a day. It doesn't take much time to do. You are done before you know it.

    QuickFit Day 19 - Almost talked myself out of working out, but knew I'd feel better if I got off my butt. Kind of late in the day, but I did it. Even added Cardio for Bad Backs which I really enjoyed.

    I want to say BIG THANK YOU Jessica!!! I have never been the cardio type but this walking routines are just perfect for me. They get my heart rate up, I feel my body moving, working and getting warmer. The energy glows through me and I just feel happy working out. Definitely thinking about buying one of your DVD's.

    Thank you Jessica, I did this video 6 days a week from December 26, 2018, to April 26, 2019, and I lost 9 pounds!! I already gained two pounds back, so it's time for me to start again doing this Power walk. Thank you for all the great videos you do.

    Great way to sneak in a quick workout and get that heart pumping! I especially enjoy this before a round of strength training to feel well-rounded for the day.

    I'm 2 months out from foot surgery and still can't walk well but I just did this video (minus the hopping) and I feel like it will help me recover faster. I think my physical therapist would be proud of me.

    A few things I would like say: I love the interaction you have with your audience. I am not a self motivator and you do a wonderful job connecting with you viewers. I am just starting the FITIN15 and this workout as well, a few days in and I feel better, and better motivated to watch what I eat. Thank you for posting these on RUclips to help people become more healthy , shows you really care about your fellow wo/man. That being said, I find it astonishing that you reply to almost all of your comments. Lastly, being from Ohio I love that I can look in the background and see pretty green trees!     I love this workout goes by so quit and a variety of different moves! Please do more videos like this ! Perfect workout to do before doing a strength training one! I am 48 and I find this pace for me is perfect!

    I did this workout and interchanged between it and a few others, and literally the combination of these workouts and a low carb diet helped me lose 14 pounds in a month and a half. I love your videos! I'm going to keep it up!

    Thank you for the workout! Normally I cycle, run, and swim to stay fit, but I'm fighting off a cold and need to reserve as much energy as possible for staying healthy (so I can get back to marathon training next week). I wanted a quick workout to get me away from my desk for about 15 minutes, without being too intense. This was perfect! I will definitely recommend it to my friends and clients.

    Thank you so much for these great but short workouts. They are fun to do and I don't get bored cus I can make as many combos as I want and anyone can do them. I have my sister and sister in law doing the fall challenge. Also waiting for DVDs from Amazon. Ordered them kinda late but I do one of the free ones in place of those for now.     I love this 12 Minute Power Walk, I often use it as a warm up for some of your other work outs. Love all of your walk work outs!

    Power walking is my favourite form of exercise so today was very good for me. I did the power walk quickie three times through and now that I was really into the rhythm I followed that with the 30 minute power interval walk. As I still had both energy and time to spare I did the Thin in 10 Interval power walk twice too. How I wish everyone could feel this fantastic. Can't wait for tomorrow's challenge.

    most találtam rá, refluxos nehézlégzésem szokott lenni, a kapacitásom se a régi - nagyon sokat segít ez a torna, köszönöm
