Tru Smiles Jones I don't know if you're still doing it; I know it's hard to do but I believe in you. If I can do it then anyone can. I also struggle with depression and I'm a recovering addict. It's the hardest thing to do, but exercise is a great first step to taking control of your health. Just do this 10 minute workout like 2 or 3 times a week until you feel like it's too easy
This was my workout for this morning it is fast paced all the way through I wish I was back to where I was before but I will get there one day at a time this workout really kick my butt and it was only 10 minutes between my accident and my depression life has really changed I do your workouts because you are my biggest motivation thanks for getting me through another workout I couldn’t do this without you I hope you have a great day 😀

I like that you remind people to listen to their bodies and pace themselves. Sometimes I can match your speed, but not today--and that was OK. I think I prefer some of the newer videos with softer lighting, a softer voice, and of course with Peanut, too!
First day in a way too long time without any physical excercise. Love the low impact walking for my out of shape body. Could handle the 10 minutes JUST and looking forward to repeating this vid' each morning before I head to work. Thanks Jessica!.

A friend introduced me to you and I'm so thankful. I gave up paid work earlier this year to become my husband's full time carer. I love that I can do this in the office, just for me. I'm 52 and very unfit. It's a long time since I spent any time exercising or being in a gym.

As always, I love everything you put out and this was no exception. I haven't been keeping in touch, but I've still been working out :) My husband bought all the Walk-On DVDs for me for Christmas and then I find out that you've got the 6-week transformation and now I'm super SAD! I might be able to get it in March for my b-day, but I can't do the routine with everyone else and I was really looking forward to a challenge. My hubby did get me the Leslie Sansone 30-day walkoff, so I'm going to do that instead, but I really wish I could be there with you guys! Thanks for an excellent quickie workout. Even though I already did a longer walking workout today, I couldn't wait to try it!
Perfect!!! I am using your new DVDs almost daily, but have so much going on this month, I don't have time for 1 long burst of cardio, and physical therapist said NO weights right now, so couldn't exactly do the challenge with everyone as is. :( LOVE this new one!!! i really like the music too. thankyou so much!! This was great for a quick pick-me-up and to get a bit more calorie burning in on a Sunday afternoon. I like that it's not too high impact.
