    This is my absolute favourite abs workout. I do it almost very day as an add on to cardio or strength. It's short but intense. Thank you!

    I've been working out with you for over a month, but I just subscribed today, I'm from Sweden and love your workouts. Every morning I get up at 4 am to work out for at least 30 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes, sometimes I combine different shorter workouts. My favourites are the barre, but I jump between sculpt and cardio every two days. My height is 5.2, and my weight is about 100.2 lbs ( it's a bit hard for me to convert into lbs and feet and inches) so I don't have a weight problem but i LOVE to move, and this is a great way to start the day! I get up at 4, just to be able to work out alone, because I have to kids at home, thank you so much for providing this!

    January 14, 2016 245 pounds. Sedentary lifestyle. First exercise, Jessica rocks!! Beginers like me, arms and legs will be engage through out workout. Don't give up!!!

    Day 27 done. This is one of my favorite ab routines I have tried so I was thrilled when I saw it for this week. I always feel the burn when I do this routine! Thanks Jessica!

    Day 27 done! I did a the sunset walk yesterday. So today was a combo of this one, Total Body in 10, and I warmed up with your 10 Minute Power Walk. Great mash up!

    Day 27 Done! I had to really battle to find the willpower for this today. I've been doing a lot of high intensity stuff this week to make up for Christmas cookies and today and I was wiped out! This was a short little toughie. I felt it from the very start! Thanks, Jessica! :)

      Emma Rutherford Sounds like you may have done some overtraining this week! Don't beat yourself up over cookies ;-) Enjoy! Things will even out - no need to go overboard with HIIT- that can backfire! great job today.

    Since I took my rest day yesterday, I completed Day 27 of the QuickFit holiday challenge today. I did this workout after doing the 53-minute Fusion Sculpt Workout #1. So my abs were pretty worked by the end of this workout! I really enjoyed this quick ab workout, especially the twisty hip raise thingy! They were very challenging, but fun! Looking forward to the last week of this challenge!

    Had a wonderful morning! First did a truly amazing 6 minutes of abs then decided to finish the July challenge with fusion Band. Had forgotten what a fun, but very effective, total body workout this is. Was still feeling charged so chose my favourite walk-your DVD Abs, Buns and Thighs walk and finally couldn't resist doing the Stability Abs workout again. Feeling really great! Waiting for next month's challenge.

    Day 27 of #quickfitholidaychallenge2014 along with Day 26 Total Body in Ten done first. Even though it was only 6 minutes, it felt longer. I found the cross over crunches (hands together) very hard on my neck as I have very bad neck and shoulder problems. I also had to modify the extended leg bicycles as it was very hard on my back. But I really felt my abs with this workout, Jessica! Thanks for this great quick shot of abs!

    I have to be honest that this is about the only ab-video I have done that I really feel the burn..err pain ;) so intensely. Haha oh well I want to get better at these ab workouts. I tend to slack off when it comes to ab videos but I did this twice and your calorie crushing cardio ;D

    Day 27 of the December challenge done! Warmed up with the 12-min Power Walk, then the 5 Min Fix Standing Abs Workout (2x), THEN the 6-Minute Abs...but wait, there's more! LOL! For the finale I also did the 7-min Best Abs Exercises for Your Back routine and a quick stretch as a cool down. In the afternoon I did the Walk On: Flat Abs Walk routine because I felt I needed to make up for bingeing on pasta, potatoes and a whole lot of other carbs this whole week...LOL! I'm a sucker for pasta :P Anyhoo, Week 4 done and can't wait to see what's in store for the last week of December. Have a great weekend everybody!
