    YOU are fantabulous! I feel guilty sometimes because I see other folks work out for an hour plus daily and I just don't always have that kind of time but I don't want to give up though. YOU always make great workout routines for the real person with all kinds of schedules. Thank you! This was great!

    Love that I can work total body with weights in 18 mins. (some workouts even less time) I am just trying to stay strong and healthy, not be a body builder. Much more motivated to do these type videos than sign on for 60 mins!

    Love this workout...and Peanut, too! This is perfect in every way for me- warmup, multipurpose weight training routine, your cadence, your voice, right amount of encouragement and Peanut, too! Even my age category, good fitness level though, can achieve this!

    Day 24 continuously working out with Jessica! This was short but oh so sweet. It hit every single major muscle group while keeping the heart rate up. I loved it! Sparkling over here!

    Jessica, it's my first time with your work out and I loved it. Thank you being so supportive as you do the video. My heart rate was up and muscles were shaking (but in a good way). Had a great time! Also, a little credit to Peanut for being a good sport.

    Total Body Strength worked all major muscles and got the cardio up there as well. Great quick workout with Jessicasmithtv, which was what I could only manage today as I am totally wiped out today (body feels like it is dragging through thick mud). I used 5 pounds and I finished sparkling! Thanks again, Jessica!

    I think this was the first time I did this workout! What a great time saver workout! I started out doing the 1-mile Lower Body Circuit, then this one. Definitely doing more than sparkling right now! I started this workout with 8#, then used 5# for the lighter weights, but by the last round of moves I had to drop down to 3#. Definitely room for improvement, as always! Thanks Jessica, and Peanut!

    I like your workouts because they are interesting and because they save me time. You work my upper body while you work my lower body. Doing the upper and the lower makes me go into my cardio zone. So I get cardio and strength workouts. Thanks for working so hard to help us get in shape.

    I was looking for a sculpting routine. This is it! I have been working out with 5-5lbs and 10-10lbs and the other gym machines thrice a week with cardio on the other two days, and, still haven't seen any major results. Time to bring in more.

    Whew! I do feel like I got it all done in this quick total body workout. Love the new combo moves like the side squat single arm overhead press and the side lunge with tricep kickbacks. I am so excited to download the new WalkStrong program tomorrow!!!

    Love this workout! Did it over the weekend. Definitely making it's way into the regular rotation. I can't wait until your next series comes out! I love all of your mid-tempo strength training, body sculpting workouts. They've helped build my endurance and make my core strong.     This was so awesome, Jessica! I waited to do it until today because I had been having back trouble and wanted to be completely there for the workout. It was amazing!! I was able to do everything but the push-ups, but I was able to do the knee hugs in plank and everything else!! I am so excited for your Summer of Strength challenge, too. When my husband gets home tonight, I'm getting all 4 DVDs so I'm ready :)

    Enjoyed this one this morning. Great to get my heavier weights out of the cupboard. Peanut was such fun to watch too! I bought one of of your DVD's a few weeks ago so will now do a workout from that. Something bare foot I think.Looking forward big time to the Summer of Strength. It will be great to have this challenge to focus on during the long summer holidays.

    I tried this one this morning with 5kg and 3kg. I think I could lift heavier than 5kg on some of the moves but due to the cardio effect I'm not sure I could get all the way through with more weight! 3kg was definitely challenging for the arms too. Great quick workout.

    I've been doing strong and centered and loooove it. But we are leaving in two days to drive cross country to move. So time is of the essence. I decided this was a shorter way to still keep moving. thanks for these awesome videos!

    I really enjoyed this super quick but really effective routine. Loving the summer of strength 2020 and as I am on my final week of this challenge looking forward to recycling through the 5 week programme again this summer.

    This was amazing! I'm absolutely sparkling! Now I have to get some 15lb weights, probably a good thing I used my 10lbs first time around. I was ready to up the lighter weights, so I was happy to do that. I'm guessing I'll be ready to up the heavy weights for #SummerofStrength!

    This was a great workout!!! Thanks so much!! When at first we had to go on the floor to do the pushups/planks, I was like "Oh no!!!" But I can definitely feel a difference, like I challenged myself but also that I feel good!! I'm excited for the new DVDs coming out!!

    Just completed this workout. It was tough! Transitioned from 5 to 3 lbs and still struggled but I did my very best had to modify the planks and also those side lunge kickbacks. I'll give this workout another go this week on my next strength training day. Thank you Jessica! :-)

    Another great strength training workout. I couldn't do the 7's and 15's but did manage 5's and 13's (combined weights). I'm sweating like crazy. Can't wait to do it again :)

    I love this workout for those days where my baby is about to wake up and I squeeze some thing in after housework. I generally would say add a ten minute jog walk afterwards but really as long as I stick to my good eating not junk eating side of my diet lol this is enough

    I'm sparkling like crazy. I can't do pushups so I do wall pushups (sorry). I guess I prefer standing exercises.
    That said, I love your videos. They really do challenge me.

    Jessica, thank you so much. I only could use 3lb. weights (I'm working on strengthening my arms) (still have a little scar tissue from bilateral mastectomy) I'm always up for a challenge. Thank you and Peanut for this workout!!!! I made it through this workout, and am a sweaty mess. Which is a good thing.
    Would you happen to have any dance workouts? On the days I truly don't feel like working out.
