Just found this workout today...loved it. I hate working out, but I truly enjoyed the pace. I will continue to do the workout and add additional weight as I gain strength. Excellent workout!!!!!!!!

I just completed this 2 times as part of my FITIN15 for today..I repeated it because i used 5 lb weights for all sets and did all with good form.Working with injuries makes me honest to myself...I feel wonderful and now I am on to a walk!! GO BODY GO!! Thank you dear..(Ooo..I feel a little tearing up trying to happen.)
My 13 year old found this video to do as a part of her online PE class. I did it with her and now it is my “go to” for twice-a-week strength training. Great addition to my exercise regimen.

I'm in my mid-50s and just a beginner with weights. This was the very best strength training workout I've done yet - and I've tried about 5 other instructor's videos so far. When I cannot make it to my class, this will be my go to work out. Thank you!
Enjoyed this one very much. For a couple of the moves (squats and rows) I need some heavier weights. But, oh boy, that would seem to indicate I'm getting stronger. Woo hoo! #SpringAhead Challenge Day 5 accomplished - didn't think I had heavy enough weights to make this work the way you described, but silly me, I 'm not as strong as I thought I was. Worked hard to get to the 15 reps with what I had. Went for another lovely outdoor walk today (45 minutes) - it's actually starting to feel like spring. I accomplished something for myself today. Thank you, Jessica, for all of the encouragement.
I struggle with a lot of fitness videos they are too fast for me to pick up - this one is great and I definitely sweated and felt my muscles doing a good workout so all round 5 stars! Thanks heaps.
Just started the Spring Ahead Challenge on Monday! Loving it so far! Sassy loves when I get down on the floor. With the Cardio Sculpt on WEd. she really "helped" me not work so hard with thos plank dip thingies! But, trust me, I got my sweat on!! Thanks Jessica! My fat is crying its eyes out right now!
Day 5 of #SpringAhead challenge done! I did this a couple of months ago with my 2lb weights. Today I still had my 2 pounders but upped the number of reps, in most cases to double time. I feel like I've had a good workout. Thank you Jessica x
i have been looking for some strengthening ideas for my arms, I am having difficulty putting weight on my wrists. So every videos has push ups (can't do it). This was great. I feel like I did something and I didn't hurt myself. :) Thank you.

#SpringAhead Day 5 - done! Early morning appointment got my workout time yesterday and just couldn't catch up (so doing day 5 & 6 today). Used 15 & 10 lbs. The alternating plank rows KILL my hands (not just my wrists) so I just held the plank the entire time of the 3 sets - better than nuttin'!
I spent a year in bed, recovering from a sever illness. Since then I've healed and dropped almost 100lbs. I am now trying to rebuild lost muscle so I decided to try your video & I loved it! I was able to do the entire 30 minutes! I did not think I'd be able to. Thank you! Looking forward to repeating this video & trying some of your others. Namaste!
I am new to your page, but so far I have done this workout twice now and I am extremely impressed. I'm trying to lose weight, I have been for the last couple of months, nothing is really working. I was part of a moms group, then I started doing the slim in 6 DVDs, and I'm 1 pound more than what I was without seeing any difference. I still have about 30 pounds to lose to get to where I want to be, and I like working with weights and I would love to do more of your workouts 🙂
#SpringAhead Day 5 done. Really love this workout with lower reps and heavier weights. My 10# weights weren't quite heavy enough, but I maxed out the reps in each set - even those plank rows! Still would love to see an entire plank workout with weights!
This has actually been my go-to strength workout for maybe over a month now. I absolutely love it! I am working with 10s for my heavy dumbbells and 8s for my lighter pair-finally able to trade up from my 5s so progress :). I alternate this with another of Jessica's videos, the full body fat-burning workout at 26:49 mins when I want a little more of a cardio effect..they are both wonderful and I feel so great incorporating these into my weekly routine, along with good old fashioned house cleaning for my daily cardio (doing a little something most days, for activity sake). Thanks a mil Jessica! You're the best!!
Day 5 of the #SpringAhead challenge complete!!! Fantastic weight workout! I did an additional 35 minutes of upper body weight work earlier this morning, so only added 15 minutes of walking to this. I am just now trying to pick up working out again. I found this to be really helpful! I picked up on some things that I was doing wrong, like tensing up my neck or breathing incorrectly. I will definitely subscribe and am excited to see more!
Day 3 of my Plug and Play workout. I love this workout. I'm numb, which is a good feeling. I'm going to integrate this in my challenge, because I like it. The plank rows are intense. Glad you knocked them back to 10.

Loved this workout - simple and safe - heaviest weight I own is 5 lb - now I have to buy heavier weights for sure - used 3 lb and 5 lb - pretty sure I could move up a couple of pounds and still do all but one exercise. I just do a full on plank the whole time instead of the plank rows (too difficult for this 65 year old.) Was looking for beginner weight training for women and this works great for me - not too difficult.

Ok. The last month and a half I have been doing this routine on Thursdays!! I had upped my lighter weights to 12 and today I did the 3rd set of each round with 15s and 25s!! Improvement!!! 🎉
Well Jessica,, today was another one of those days when I didn't want to work out. But I did it anyway. I've been working out since March and feel like I'm not seeing any results. But a neighbor said she sees it so that gave me the motivation to do it. I did the 11 min HIIt along with the 26 min upper body exercise and completed them both. That HIIT whew is a real challenge I'm not able to complete the one min but I'm gonna keep going until I can go a full min. The great thing about these exercises is that they have not cause me any injury to my knee replacement. In fact I believe the exercises have help me tremendously. Thank You for being a wonderful influence in my life.
Hi Jessica, thanks for posting! Haven't worked out as much as I normally do, and only had light weights, but your workout definetely got my heart pumping and my body sweating. Nice to feel warm during this cold weather.

Oh my!!! It’s been a while since I’ve completed this workout. I’ve learned I need to increase my weights 10 lbs was too light for me and I didn’t start to feel it until the 3rd set of some moves. Glad I went back to an oldie but goodie ♥️
Great workout! I like several things about this workout: 1) Good instruction, 2) 30 minutes for both upper and lower body, 3) My muscles are shaking, 4) The exercise takes place in a home--and you don't need any special equipment other than the dumbbells, and 5) My heart rate definitely went up!
Amazing! I Although, I had a very hard time with the plank and shoulder row. Strength Training and Barre are my favourites. I hope you do more of these types of workouts.
Hey Jessica, loved the workout. I did not have the heavy dumbbells, so had to double up my lighter weights wherever I could. I will definitely try this with the heavier weights next time. Thanx Jessica!!! :)
I'm deff going to do this workout in the morning, I been going to the gym daily, I've already lost 14 pounds! But won't be able to get to the gym as much so , looking for awesome videos I can do at home, 4 years ago I lost 45 pounds in 3.5 months all at home. But It is much harder this time around, especially with 3 kiddos around. I love your workouts
Hi Jessica. I loved your video! I used much lighter weights lol (try 3 lbs lol). I doubled up when possible. I'm just beginning after years of inactivity so I will be upping my weights as soon as I get stronger. I was able to do the whole circuit though and it was a big improvement for me because I have done other workouts without weights and have been exhausted and had to rest quite frequently. So this is a major improvement. Thanks. I love the fact that i can get strong without being too bulky!
I decided to start working out to boost my strength for my busy daily routine life. When i start bbrowsing on youtube, I found yours and never had a doubt to try it right away. I started with 2 lbs each weight. Been doing this workout now for 7 weeks. I did increase the weight I was using. How long would you continue doing this workout?I do this 3 days a week. I have recently purchased one of your walking DVDs and also do yoga I wold like to see you make another heavier weight workout with just weights and not other exercise. I am really loving this. Day 11 #Fitin15 done! Loved this workout again! Was a little nervous starting out with the 20 lbs again, but I did it! Did 15/12/12 reps for the chest presses, which I notice from the last time I did this, is a little better! Again, thanks for the encouragement throughout! Going to add a walking workout next!

Hi Jessica. I just did this work out for the first time. I loved it. I typically do Jillian Michaels videos, but I'm looking for something a little bit more gentle as I am recovering from frozen shoulder. I'm 46, I'm relatively active. I walk my dogs for about half an hour every day and intermittently do some strength training at home. I'm thinking about doing this work out three times a week. I'd love your suggestions. I'm 46 and I'm just looking for a healthy routine to maintain and increase some strength. My cardio is reasonable because I walk a lot of hills but need to work on strength. You look amazing!
Strength training for women..great. I use to lift weights when I was younger and I always think I can lift more than I should. I stayed at 8 and 12lbs for this workout and it is just enough to begin with. I have noticed my strength and endurance improve in just the time that I have been doing fitin15. thanks Jessica for helping me get my fit back.
WOW! Awesome workout. Since working out with you I have gotten so much stronger Jessica. Each week I'm able to lift heavier weights. Actually I think i'm ready to use even heavier weights. I really enjoyed this workout. I was super sore from a previous workout done 2 days ago, so I wanted something that was challenging but not crazy. I like that your workout is just simple and not hyped. I will be doing more of these!

Whew! Did this following a 50 min cardio kickboxing workout. Definitely struggled with the heavier weights especially with the legs since they were already fatigued. But great workout! I look forward to doing more strength training with you.
Day 5 of #springahead is in the books! I did this one a couple weeks ago with 3 and 5 pound weights, but after one set today, found that was too light, so i had to switch out to 5 and 8! Really proud of myself! And i made it through all the reps with that weight! (Barely!!) Thanks, Jessica!
This totally kicked my butt, great work -out. I am going to incorporate it into my strength training routine. It helped me build weight lifting confidence.
Just getting started on getting into shape. Love the fast and simple workout. On the plank lifts, i just try to plank which i have never done before. I last about 3 seconds! My goal now is to be able to do a plank lift. Thanks for the great workout.

Oh my!!! It’s been a while since I’ve completed this workout. I’ve learned I need to increase my weights 10 lbs was too light for me and I didn’t start to feel it until the 3rd set of some moves. Glad I went back to an oldie but goodie ♥️
Great workout! I like several things about this workout: 1) Good instruction, 2) 30 minutes for both upper and lower body, 3) My muscles are shaking, 4) The exercise takes place in a home--and you don't need any special equipment other than the dumbbells, and 5) My heart rate definitely went up!

Amazing! I Although, I had a very hard time with the plank and shoulder row. Strength Training and Barre are my favourites. I hope you do more of these types of workouts.
Hey Jessica, loved the workout. I did not have the heavy dumbbells, so had to double up my lighter weights wherever I could. I will definitely try this with the heavier weights next time. Thanx Jessica!!! :)
I'm deff going to do this workout in the morning, I been going to the gym daily, I've already lost 14 pounds! But won't be able to get to the gym as much so , looking for awesome videos I can do at home, 4 years ago I lost 45 pounds in 3.5 months all at home.
But It is much harder this time around, especially with 3 kiddos around. I love your workouts
Hi Jessica. I loved your video! I used much lighter weights lol (try 3 lbs lol). I doubled up when possible. I'm just beginning after years of inactivity so I will be upping my weights as soon as I get stronger. I was able to do the whole circuit though and it was a big improvement for me because I have done other workouts without weights and have been exhausted and had to rest quite frequently. So this is a major improvement. Thanks. I love the fact that i can get strong without being too bulky!

I decided to start working out to boost my strength for my busy daily routine life. When i start bbrowsing on youtube, I found yours and never had a doubt to try it right away. I started with 2 lbs each weight. Yes, I did it! the 30 minutes working out its just perfectly awesome.I love it very much.It is easy and time wise.I am so glad i found you. 😍 Thanks very much for sharing. 👏👏👏😊
2 lbs is way too light you're basically doing aerobic exercise. Increase the weight
Been doing this workout now for 7 weeks. I did increase the weight I was using. How long would you continue doing this workout?I do this 3 days a week. I have recently purchased one of your walking DVDs and also do yoga I wold like to see you make another heavier weight workout with just weights and not other exercise. I am really loving this. Day 11 #Fitin15 done! Loved this workout again! Was a little nervous starting out with the 20 lbs again, but I did it! Did 15/12/12 reps for the chest presses, which I notice from the last time I did this, is a little better! Again, thanks for the encouragement throughout! Going to add a walking workout next!
I'm 62 and did this workout without weights just to understand the routine. That was hard enough. I will gradually add weights. Another great workout. Thank you, Jessica!
Hi Jessica: I greatly enjoy working out with your videos. I am hoping you will put out a Christmas challenge. This is the time of year I get lazy and eat way to many sweets. Hi Jessica. I just did this work out for the first time. I loved it. I typically do Jillian Michaels videos, but I'm looking for something a little bit more gentle as I am recovering from frozen shoulder. I'm 46, I'm relatively active. I walk my dogs for about half an hour every day and intermittently do some strength training at home. I'm thinking about doing this work out three times a week. I'd love your suggestions. I'm 46 and I'm just looking for a healthy routine to maintain and increase some strength. My cardio is reasonable because I walk a lot of hills but need to work on strength. You look amazing!
Strength training for women..great. I use to lift weights when I was younger and I always think I can lift more than I should. I stayed at 8 and 12lbs for this workout and it is just enough to begin with. I have noticed my strength and endurance improve in just the time that I have been doing fitin15. thanks Jessica for helping me get my fit back.
Did the Fusion Walk followed by this for my lunchtime workout; good combo. Need to do this at home where heavier weights are available.
WOW! Awesome workout. Since working out with you I have gotten so much stronger Jessica. Each week I'm able to lift heavier weights. Actually I think i'm ready to use even heavier weights. I am so proud of myself. I push through the tough stuff, but I make sure I don't hurt myself and listen to my body. Thanks!

Great workout! I have trouble doing compound moves with weights because I have back and knee issues. I was able to do all the moves in this video.

I really enjoyed this workout. I was super sore from a previous workout done 2 days ago, so I wanted something that was challenging but not crazy. I like that your workout is just simple and not hyped. I will be doing more of these!
I love this routine! Please keep the strength training workouts coming! I love working out with weights but don't have time to go to the gym! These are perfect! About how many calories would 140lb woman burn doing this?
Whew! Did this following a 50 min cardio kickboxing workout. Definitely struggled with the heavier weights especially with the legs since they were already fatigued. But great workout! I look forward to doing more strength training with you.
Day 5 of #springahead is in the books! I did this one a couple weeks ago with 3 and 5 pound weights, but after one set today, found that was too light, so i had to switch out to 5 and 8! Really proud of myself! And i made it through all the reps with that weight! (Barely!!) Thanks, Jessica!

Just getting started on getting into shape. Love the fast and simple workout. On the plank lifts, i just try to plank which i have never done before. I last about 3 seconds! My goal now is to be able to do a plank lift. Thanks for the great workout.
