Great video. I've been exercising to your vidoes for years and I'm so thankful for the different fitness levels. I had low iron for a few years so I did more of your bigginer less intense workouts. Now I'm doing better and I've been doing more of your strength training . I also love all your stretching workouts and yoga. Thank you also for your newer videos . Aubrey

Recently fractured my ankle and was wondering what I can to do when it is weightbearing again. I am looking forward to doing this workout. Its only been two weeks, since my accident and I can already see muscle loss, especially in the calf. Its to be expected I suppose, but its nice to have a workout to look forward to. Thank you Jessica for your years of dedication in making these great workout videos!.
