I see lots of people always complaining about Anna being too hyper. I'm pretty calm so usually I find hyper people annoying, but for Anna to have so much energy during a tough workout, always gives me a motivation boost. Her positive attitude is so encouraging!

Ever heard of - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.
I was looking for a strength training workout that wasn't cardio-intrnsive, and this fit the bill! The instructor, Shannon, guided through each of the poses in a clear and encouraging fashion. I would have liked to see more arm work, but as far as legs and and go this workout was fantastic.

I did this after a 30 min HIIT cardio workout. It felt pretty easy until move 7! That one's a killer. Thank you, I will definitely continue to use this as an add-on to cardio workouts.
This was a really great video! It had an awesome mix of harder and easier moves, and no jumping! I would say it's perfect for when you want to stay on your workout schedule, but are really sore and don't want to overdo it.

Such a good workout! Simple movements with more reps. Weights. A few combos to keep it spicy. No repeats. Short enough to do right before work when you didn't wake up early enough. And I'm still sweating. Perfect! 🤗🤗🤗
This was a very good beginners workout and a good introduction to some core basic moves. Would definitely recommend for anyone just getting started, or needing low impact.

Omg! My booty today is soooo sore! And I do barre classes and pilates! This got me good. Great workout! Kept the heart beat up with low impact workouts and a steady pace. Definitely a good toner. Finished this off with a 25 minute run. Will be back to torture myself with this one again. Thanks!

I found Anna`s workouts with the repetition of different short sets easier to follow along... Here with so many repetitions and just one set I had to pause several times and don`t feel accomplished...
