    For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you’re are pregnant be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

    *****Just a word of caution with using trackers: pay more attention to your body than what the watch says. I had a Fitbit that I had a terrible experience with for multiple reasons, one of which was that as soon as I got sweaty, the heart rate tracker stopped being accurate. It would show a HR of like 100 when a finger pulse-ox would show me at 165 BPM. So it can be easy to push yourself to dangerous levels if you're trusting the watch 100%. I have another tracker (not a Fitbit) now that I find a bit more accurate, but it still has the same issue. It has to do with the way the watches use light to track your blood pumping under your skin; liquid getting in between the watch and your skin will mess with that measurement (any watch that uses that technology is going to face challenges with sweat). So just be careful to pay attention to the signals your body is giving you, and not to push TOO far.

    I did this workout and another 10 minute abs workout - couldn’t walk the day after ! Engaged every muscle in my legs ! I loved it !!! That’s how I know it worked !

    Hi, I got an extreme pain when I was doing the jump on one leg move. I think it's important to stretch or whatever before you start doing this cause I now can't carry on with the workout.

    This workout had me breathless. I intensified some of the moves (added a second weight when doing the weighted burpees) and modified others (didn't jump when doing the switch lunges).

    Great workout but when advertisements play RIGHT in the middle of a tough move it definitely pulls me out of it and stops the momentum. Maybe time it do ads come right at the end of a circuit or on a water break like fitness blender does. Kind of defeats the purpose otherwise.

    Finally tried this workout... 19 weeks pregnant and I killed this workout. I didn’t do any jumps but burned 230 calories!!! So excited to continue working out while pregnant!! Now I know I can push myself a bit harder.
