Ok, I must admit, when I previewed this I was scared but wanted a challenge. It did this one this morning and was proud of myself. I used lighter weights and didn't go deep just because I have knee issues and it was my 1st time with this one. BUT then comes the chest press/glute raises......OMG THOSE DID ME IN!!!!! LOL. I will be doing this one again soon with heavier weights. Great workout.

Wow, just enjoyed the fabulous 35 minute cardio strength step circuit. I can highly recommend Jessica's WalkSTRONG transformation programme. I bought it on PurplePlayer so I can use it on any device and in any country I happen to be in! I wanted to work hard this morning and this routine certainly didn’t disappoint. My goodness I can feel my glutes, triceps and thighs already. A great way to get strong during lockdown. I am certainly going to have some muscles before this is all over.

TOUGH but very EFFECTIVE interval workout on Jessicasmithtv! Sparkling and yes sweating at the end, but I made it through (thankfully) using 5 lbs throughout! Cardio all the way through (I think it was up even more so during the strength portion)! Thank you so much, Jessica!

I agree with the person...Elayne that says you are awesome. I love the variety of work-outs that you offer. And you have great cueing. I love that I can hear your music...which is good...and hear you at the same time. I also love that you show and encourage modifications and that people work at their own pace. I think it is great that you show your fatigue so we don't feel so alone. I guess I kinda like your work-outs.
I previewed this workout first to see how I could modify it since I don't have a step thingy. Easy. The workout was not! That really kicked my butt! Loved it!!! And promptly went on eBay and purchased a step. I've gotta try this with the added challenge of a step. Additionally get the weights was great! What a fun workout! It was on par with Cathe, just a little shorter. Thank you for the low impact high intensity! My feet are so grateful and so is the rest of my body!
At first, I didn't remember having done this workout. Obviously, I had because I had commented on it. Then, when I started doing it, I remembered it! I'm extremely excited because I can feel such a difference in my ability from when I did it last, seven months ago. Seven months ago, I could just barely do even a few of the push-ups; even with both knees down in more of a kneeling position, I couldn't really get all the way down to touch my chest to my weights. Today, I did all the reps, touching my weights at the bottom, with my knees in position like Jessica's---and it felt good! I felt strong! Same with the squat thrusts. I did stop to get water and catch my breath a couple of times, but I accomplished so much more this time around. Also, I have upped my weights to 5 lb. and 8 lb. from 3 lb. and 5 lb., so I'm doing more with more weight! I just want to dance all over the house! Thanks so much, Jessica!

Finished Day 5 of the February Fusion Challenge. I am behind, but sticking to the schedule. And yes, this is always a tough one! I love it! I think I did better than when I did this a few weeks ago, so I'm glad to see I'm building my strength back up! And my Fitbit said I burned 323 calories! WOW! I'm definitely sparkling up a storm, and will definitely be feeling this one tomorrow, and the next day I'm sure!

Great workout, still! So tough, but rewarding! Since I'm still not regularly working out, I was a bit more winded. But was able to use a combo of 8#, 5# and 3# weights. I was a little easier on by lunges, as I was feeling it in my knee, but I'm definitely going to feel the burn for the next couple days! Thanks again, Jessica and Peanut!

Hi Jessica. It would be great if you could make a short video of modification moves. Sometimes in the middle of a workout (it never happens with you of course) I say: I can´t do this movement, what change can I do? I don´t know, well I just skip it. There are many move that have modifications, like jumping jacks, push ups, planks, dips, abs and many others that we could do perfectly and do not have to skip the movemntet but since we don´t know them all we just opt for not doing it. You always offer options in your workouts but it would be wonderful if you could get them all together and make a short video with the modifications of some movements. Think about it, at least for me it would be a great help and I would not have to skip any move in my workouts. Thank you Jessica.

I did this routine yesterday and it is truly fantastic! I literally thought my buns were on fire. I usually do walking so this was a refreshing albeit sweaty change of pace.
I did it! I have been thinking about this workout ever since it came out but I had watched part of it and was a little intimidated by it BUT I knew I was going to try it. Today I was not happy with my food choices and was feeling bummed but I wanted to end on a positive note. I knew completing this would make me feel good. It did the trick.
