I just finished it. Thank you for sweating outside so we could enjoy the scenery and sun (raining here today so really appreciate that). This was great for me as I feel like I have sort of outgrown some of my weights and need to upgrade but haven't yet. The slower tempo really makes use of those lower weights and makes them feel heavy pretty quickly! Fun sweating with you today! -Kimber

What an amazing workout! I loved the changes in tempo. It really forced me to think about the movements and the muscles I was working. A true total body workout!!

I did this one for the first time this morning and definitely felt worked! I started with 15lb weights, switched to 10 lbs during the second round of shoulder presses, then back to 15 for the floor work. I expect to be sore.....Thanks for all the new RUclips workouts in addition to the new DVD sets.
YEAh! going as planned I have just completed the workout... Feel like a million bucks. Did exercise caution though ( Boomer) used 3lb and 5lb dumbbells, and 10s for the floor exercises. Thank you for this new workout! I enjoyed the tempo changes during the reps and found it challenging. I always appreciate that you have such a good balance of moves and they aren’t all hinged forward which can make my back tighten up. Your routines are always so well put together and I appreciate your calm encouragement. Thanks for offering this wonderful content. Just the video I needed. I recently saw a video about getting stronger by slowing down your movement and I just wondered: what would Jessica think of this? I then I find your video! I really feel it in my muscles and it feels good to have an option to get stronger by paying attention to the eccentric movement. Sometimes you hear: a lot of reps with little weight and later you hear: max 10 reps with heavy weights... Or should you maybe do a combo? 💪

A lot of people who workout do not need to burn fat and it can be triggering and lead to people not being happy with themselves and wanting to follow an unhealthy super-skinny beauty standard.
