After I'm sick and need to work my way back into exercise, I like to use this one! I switch out push-ups for chest presses (with weights) and planks (hate planks!) with the sphinx stretch (or cobra if I'm feeling ambitious). It's a wrist thing! :)
in 2021, you have no idea how helpful this simple routine is! your encouragement and alternate activities make me feel like i can do this...without feeling the need to have kettlebells or a lot of space. thanks and i did do my best!
I feel like a child with a new toy. I thought I had finished my workouts for today but couldn't wait to try out this short quick 10 minute strength training no equipment new workout. I cheated though as I used 3 kg weights. But it would definitely be good without, especially for beginners or when away from home in a hotel, etc. thanks, Jessica.

Have you ever come across - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbour got amazing results with it.
I added this on to day 10 of the Walk Strong program. Love that this short workout included some of my favorite moves - negative push ups and elbow plank dolphin pikes! I used weights today and no chair, but I love the "make it work for you" philosophy that allows everyone at any level to customize this workout!
During the week of Christmas my husband fell ill. As a result, I only worked out 5 times since and I can really tell the difference with my body. So, this workout is a great way to get me back into my regular workout routine. Thanks Jessica.

I could barely raise my arms LOL! I'm going to do this again this weekend and I'm going to try to do 2 rounds. Those negative push ups really do it for me LOL! Morning! thanks Jessica I can not get enough of your workouts. Being in the often cloudy cold UK even the setting cheers me up and gets me moving!! Did this as an add onto one of your HITT's and was perfect for me as a returner to working out. I have some knee issues so your adaptions were prefect for me and meant I could still challenge myself. Very cool place BTW. XX
I thoroughly enjoy all the workouts I've done thus far and appreciate all the effort & thought you've obviously put into them. My only issue is that quite a few of the strength training and body sculpting workouts require floor work. I'm on the tall side and have a limited space to workout in so being able to extend comfortably is an issue. It would be wonderful if you (or any other viewers) could recommend substitutions for push-ups, planks, chest presses, etc so that I'm able to target the areas you intended. I have tried standing push-ups but have never "felt" anything. Thanks! :) I hope to see Peanut again soon.

Great workout. I did the first half of the video without weights and the rest with my 2 kg weights. I had to rest a little during the 2nd set but I'm glad I could do this workout even with a heel injury (I just did stationary lunges). It felt really good to move again after resting for over a week due to a cold. I'll stick to the short workouts for now since I get out of breath very fast.

Wow this is perfect length! I can put my toddler in her feeding chair to have lunch and I can finish before she climbs out. 😂 felt the burn as well which is reassuring that I'm working. 😁thank you
