I like these 10 min workouts. For some reason, I feel it’s easier to approach doing multiple 10 min workouts vs 30 or 45 min workouts 🤷♀️

Did this on the cruise ship today holding two 3 lb water bottles. Got my heart rate up and worked my muscles. Great ten minute workout. Thank you! Question, I’m 66 and have pretty bad arthritis in my knees. Should i just try to do them as much as i can or is there a different way to work the same muscles? thanks again!
