Salma, it varies on how much time I have. Sometimes a 15 minute one is enough, other times I may do a longer one. I do also jog and go for walks when I can. Dina, I've now lost 28lb. It has taken me since the end of May. I'm nearly where I want to be. X

I know these tapes are old but i love them my nana used to do them with me when i was a little kid and i stayed in shape but i stopped for a while when i moved so glad they have them on here. Its crazy these tapes helped my nana stay healthy and she jogs faster than me at 66

Thank you for this. I can do it twice a day or even just do it once for a half an hour. I've been walking outdoors all spring, summer, and early fall but now it's starting to get cold & windy so walking is not fun anymore. Winter will get icy and at my age (mid sixties) I have to watch falling. I lost more weight this year, some of the weight I gained during the winter, as usual. I went beyond that which is usually hard to do for me since I am not overweight. But I had to watch my eating and try to avoid sweets (just a small amount of sweets.) The foods I eat are basically the same (a mixture of healthy and not so healthy) but less. I eat slow and am satisfied with less. I find that the combo of walking and lowering calories is what does it. Without lowering calories I lose little weight. I was being more disciplined and determined this year.

I started walking consistently with Leslie since June 2020. It's now September 2020. I feel healthier and lighter! It's fun waking with her! I'm not a gym person so this works perfectly for me.
I used to do your 3-mile walk and it helped me lose so much back in 2018. But I gained again today because I did not do the walk regularly, so I am doing the 3mile walk again to be able to lose that stubborn excess weight

I used to do your 3-mile walk and it helped me lose so much back in 2018. But I gained again today because I did not do the walk regularly, so I am doing the 3mile walk again to be able to lose that stubborn excess weight
