I remember coming across this alarm clock that you can stick underneath your mattress or somewhere on your bed. It vibrates as an alarm and is made especially for people who are hard of hearing. I wish I remembered the name. bleh.
I have one! It helps but still isn't quite enough for me because I have little self control
+Stef Sanjati have you tried a light alarm clock? It works really well because it makes you're body reduce the sleep hormones. So you wake up really naturally.

im ftm and 5 months on Estrogen Blockers and i agree with the Testosterone = eating. As an Estrogen dominant person I would also equate that to not eating much / lack of appetite (excluding mental illness). i just wasnt a hungry person. WOWZA! im only on Blockers and im already munching more than often, imagine when i start T next month 😭
ALSO you look very witchy and beautiful! like you wake up late at night to prepare a good luck charm or to kiss ur pet under the neck to increase popularity or something -- the lighting is perfect as well

I started looking up music video's which led to viewing musicians with an emphasis on who or what inspired their song's and there was your video: "My Face: Waardenburg Syndrome". There is beauty that shines in you and a vivacious energy that is almost tangible. It is wonderful to see a young person sharing their goodness with others. +MissJustineRae1 It's probably trained (every m2f should train their voice, sadly a lot do not), neither T-Blockers nor Estrogen do anything noticeable to your voice.

I agree, we have enough hateful people in this world. My kids and I will not contribute to the problem, and education is the first way to prevent hate. When you understand someone, it's easier to accept, love and respect them!
+Jana Testosterone and Estrogen definitely effect the voice. It's a known thing for professional singers, because where a woman is in her cycle can affect her range. It varies from person to person, but it can be really pronounced.

It's almost like going through puberty AGAIN, like the first time was fun enough. I started following you about the same time you started your T-blockers. I've seen some changes mostly in the face and neck areas--looking good! My granddaughter is now following you as well. The hat and robe at first is sexy vixen witch, but you rock it.
