Welcome to my new Series, Whole Home Audio from Start to Finish! I get comments every week from my videos asking questions about whole home audio, so I figured it was time to show IN DETAIL from start to finish.
To get $550 off the Soundavo WS66i Whole Home Audio amp (best amp you can get for your money), use code TKMZ at checkout! www.soundavo.c...

In this video we run into some minor troubles. There are issues with running some cable in between the wall from the basement to the main level. After many failed attempts at trying other things, I ended up being able to push an existing coax tv cable down because there was enough slack, and then i attached the ethernet cable to that, and could pull it up. I repeated that again in order to bring up 1 more ethernet cable for the outside keypad.

So loving the videos. I’m watching from the uk and have just ordered the mono price version that was in your old place (as I can’t get the newer version over here yet) through watching your channel. Keep up the good work mate and look forward to the next video👍

Are you planning to go with Insteon for all those lights switches? Maybe your next project? ;)

Probably not :) that was a lot of work. Believe it or not though, I actually already replaced EVERY light switch, and electrical outlet in the entire house when I moved in. They were old almond color, nasty, some broken. That took a while for me to do but wow such a simple thing made it look so much better! We've done a lot of work to the house and still lots to go!

After looking at your videos I purchased the Soundavo whole home audio along with 6 klipsch speakers but I can’t seem to get any sound out of the unit and also having trouble connecting to apps and getting it to play through airplay or through usb could you point me the right direction . O yea forgot to mention I got a good discount from using your discount code so thanks for that and you are doing a good Job with these videos it would be cool if you would make a video on how to get the WiFi and app situated thanks in advance

Also, your amp needs to be plugged into the network with an Ethernet cable and it's not got wifi capability. But once it's on the network your phone or anything on the wifi can play music to it or control it. But the amp itself needs to be plugged in with ethernet

Thanks I’ll be contacting you Monday that’s when I’ll be back at the house I did rewatch your first video on the Soundavo and I seen and remembered that it took some time to connect the phone to the Soundavo unit
