    Very nice yoga flow with some poses I have never tried before such as power lunge. I will need to practice to do a few of the new ones but I like that you introduce new poses. thank you!

    I love the hip poses. Really enjoy it when there's a new pose for me like the power lunge. I think " oh this is new, let's see how this goes then" ( bit wobbly that one but enjoyed the challenge) Almost finished the February plan now. Still going.....thank you. 🤗🤗

    thank you Uliana. Just at my aunties house and were waiting for an ambulance now for 7 hrs. 21st Century UK health service what a joke. She,s fast a sleep thank goodness and im watching yoga videos to keep sane.
