  • This is a slow and gentle 20 minute yoga practice with seated poses for all levels, a perfect way to start or end the day, or take a break during the day. You can practice without a yoga mat, on any comfortable surface. Props not required, but a cushion or a folded blanket can help to elevate the hips and make some poses easier. Enjoy!

    This is and will be one of my favorite practicesso far. I loved the pace, the serenity. I loved how you directed us gently through breathing and microstretches and gave us enough time. i didnt feel the need to strain and over stretch…just relax and enjoy the routine. I did this in the morning and feel so refreshed! Thank you again!

    This felt so good and I'm finally becoming more limber. Tried the lotus, but kept falling over 🙃 It didn't even feel like 20 min. Also, it was very surprising to see this come out on a Sunday over here in the states instead of Monday morning ❤️ 🇩🇪❤

    This was by far the best yoga routine I've had so far. Although a couple of the stretches were a bit challenging, I didn't even notice how the time went by and at the end I couldn't help laughing a bit with joy. Thank you!

    Thank you for the amazing stretches. The half lotus was a bit of challenge though, I couldn't understand what was going on. But I soldiered on, nonetheless.

    Absolutely glorious this. I think it's another favourite! 😍 The 20 mins flew by. I love pigeon, love that stretch. I paused the video to hold a bit longer because it felt great. I have no idea how you do that twisty, half lotus, grab your toes thing???? I am no where near grabbing my toes. 😆 xxx Thank you for bringing yoga into my life.

    Thank you Uliana for uploading this practise today. It would be great if my R knee was not arthritic, but I managed to finish the practise by improvising which one should do in any athletic situation! I love how my hips/lower back felt once completed. Namaste and many thanks again.

    Hello, I recently discovered you channel and I love your videos! I just wanted to share that I think some of the first videos on the channel have a bit more of a welcoming feel because of the more plants and a bit softer colours (I could be imagining more saturation). I thought more pop of colour might bring more new viewers to the channel. I think these ones have a more minimalistic one as the white of the tiles and wall are quite uniform (no artwork or something big in the background and the plant is smaller and to the side) (which might be exactly what you were going for so feel free to ignore me :) ) Thank you for reading and well done for all your hard work! 🤍🤍🤍

I would love to improve my filming space and editing but somehow this task always ends up on the bottom of my to-do list.
