    I really appreciate your naming the sides in the mirror way. It's appeared surprisingly uncommon with RUclips instructors, while very helpful - it helps to focus on seeing, listening and doing, instead of processing whether to lean to the right side as named or to the left as mirrored.

      Thank you for the feedback! Mirroring is a little harder to do as a teacher, so I understand why some instructors don't do it) But I'm happy to hear that mirroring helps you to focus better))

    What can I say, EXCELLENT stretch which makes perfect sense to do as often as possible for neck and upper back....the middle of my upper back felt so wonderful once I was done. Uliana, you are such a super star yoga teacher. Namaste and many blessimgs.
