    Thank you for this practice! My posture is TERRIBLE! 😓 I know I have a tendency to lean forward and curl my shoulders in and that's been causing bad neck and jaw tension. I take this video as a sign to start working on posture improvement!

    Loved this practice!! Adding in a little bit of neck work as well would be amazing, but shoulders are so important!

      I agree, some neck stretches would be great here as well but then I wouldn't be able to fit it all in 15 min)) I have another video for posture on to do list that involves more neck work, targeting the "forward head posture" :)

      @@yogawithuliana yes yes all the yes. I have the problem with forward head posture from desk work, so trying to restrengthen my shoulder and neck muscles are a goal through yoga.
