    Such a good practice this one. I have calcified tendonitis on both shoulders and have been through extreme pain conditions the last 2 years. The most challenging part for me today was the simple rotations with the thumb up!

    • @yogawithtim
      @yogawithtim  7 месяцев назад +1

      Rotation of the join is key to restoring proper movement, but please take it easy as you restore this. I'd highly recommend working with a skilled pt/physio to help give you guidance to find the best way to do this for your exact situation.

    Thanks Tim, loved this one! Rounded shoulders have been a problem for me for years. I really loved the repetition and tuning into the changes after each round. I noticed my neck getting involved a lot with the shoulder external rotation so just thinking about how that's all tied in with my inward shoulder rotation.. and I had to put in a lot of effort to keep my tailbone and belly tucked.

      My shoulders are imbalanced, the right one is rounded and a bit shorter, I think it's because my spine curves to right and it squeezes my side body and even my right shoulder is shorter. So those muscular strengthen may be imblanced or improper, it may cause to shoulders or neck pain sometimes. Please keep me updated if you know, thank you@@yogawithtim
