- Welcome to 20 minute Full Body Yoga Stretch - in this all-level yoga practice, we will stretch major muscle groups that tend to get tight due to the modern sedentary lifestyle: shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. This yoga practice is quite slow and relaxing, great for after work or evening practice.
Some of the poses in this practice are not recommended or even contraindicated for people with limited knee mobility, injured knees or other knee issues. As always, listen to your body and avoid any poses that cause pain.
No props are required for this practice, but you can use a blanket under your knees in kneeling poses if feel like you need more cushion for the knees. A blanket can also be useful under sit bones in Shoelace pose/Cow Face pose.
